विश्व युवा कौशल विकास दिवस : कौशल से सशक्त युवा, विकसित छत्तीसगढ़ की ओर मजबूत कदम
रायपुर, 15 जुलाई 2026।कौशल ही आज के समय की सबसे बड़ी पूंजी है। जिस युवा के पास हुनर है, उसके लिए अवसरों की कोई कमी नहीं है।” इसी सोच को साकार करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार मुख्यमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना के माध्यम से प्रदेश के युवाओं को रोजगारोन्मुखी एवं उद्योगों की मांग के अनुरूप आधुनिक कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की विशा में लगातार कार्य कर रही है।विश्व युवा कौशल विकास दिवस के अवसर पर यह कहना सार्थक होगा कि छत्तीसगढ़ ने कौशल विकास के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियां हासिल की हैं। राज्य में युवाओं को केवल प्रशिक्षण ही नहीं, बल्कि गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण के साथ रोजगार सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में भी प्रभावी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
लगभग पांच लाख युवाओं को मिला कौशल प्रशिक्षण
मुख्यमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना के प्रारंभ से अब तक प्रदेश के 4 लाख 94 हजार 330 युवाओं को विभिन्न रोजगारपरक ट्रेडों में कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया है। इनमें से 2 लाख 74 हजार 934 युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ा जा चुका है। वर्तमान में योजना के अंतर्गत राज्यभर में 375 व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण प्रवाता (199 शासकीय एवं 176 अशासकीय) के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय कौशल अर्हता फ्रेमवर्क (NSQF) के अनुरूप उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले प्रशिक्षण संचालित किए जा रहे हैं।
वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अब तक 9 हजार 418 युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है, जिनमें से 7 हजार 528 युवाओं को रोजगार प्राप्त हो चुका है, जबकि 6 हजार 679 युवा वर्तमान में विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
बदलते दौर के अनुरूप आधुनिक पाठ्यक्रम
राज्य सरकार ने युवाओं को भविष्य की तकनीकों से जोड़ने के लिए कौशल प्रशिक्षण में व्यापक बदलाव किए हैं। अब पारंपरिक ट्रेडों के साथ-साथ इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल (EV) मेंटेनेंस, ड्रोन ऑपरेटर, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस एवं मशीन लर्निंग (AI-ML), साइबर सुरक्षा, सूर्यमित्र (सौर ऊर्जा) जैसे 21 वीं सदी के अत्याधुनिक पाठ्यक्रम संचालित किए जा रहे हैं।
इस वर्ष विशेष रूप से जल वितरण संचालक (Water Distribution Operator) कोर्स प्रारंभ किया गया है, जिसके अंतर्गत 2,770 युवाओं को मल्टी-स्किल प्रशिक्षण देकर सीधे रोजगार से जोड़ने की कार्ययोजना बनाई गई है।
