सेवा सेतु से आसान हुई शासकीय सेवाओं की राह
रायपुर, 5 जुलाई 2026।शासन की महत्वाकांक्षी पहल सेवा सेतु पोर्टल नागरिकों को शासकीय सेवाएं सरल, सुलभ एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से उपलब्ध कराने में प्रभावी साबित हो रहा है। पोर्टल के माध्यम से विभिन्न प्रमाण-पत्रों एवं अन्य शासकीय सेवाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर निर्धारित समय-सीमा में लाभ प्राप्त किया जा रहा है। इससे नागरिकों का समय और धन दोनों बच रहे हैं तथा कार्यालयों के अनावश्यक चक्कर लगाने की आवश्यकता भी नहीं पड़ रही है।
कोरबा जिले की पोड़ी उपरोड़ा तहसील अंतर्गत ग्राम सुतर्रा निवासी कुमारी निधि सेन ने सेवा सेतु के माध्यम से समयबद्ध सेवा का लाभ प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए ग्राम सुतर्रा स्थित लोक सेवा केंद्र में आवेदन किया। पटवारी प्रतिवेदन सहित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की पूर्ति के उपरांत उनका आवेदन निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार समयबद्ध रूप से निराकृत किया गया और उन्हें मात्र एक सप्ताह के भीतर निवास प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हो गया।
निधि ने बताया कि आवेदन से लेकर प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त होने तक पूरी प्रक्रिया सहज, पारदर्शी और सुविधाजनक रही। उन्हें किसी भी कार्यालय के अनावश्यक चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़े, जिससे समय और आर्थिक व्यय दोनों की बचत हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि सेवा सेतु पोर्टल के माध्यम से शासकीय सेवाओं तक आम नागरिकों की पहुंच पहले की तुलना में अधिक सरल और सुगम हुई है। उन्होंने शासन की इस जनहितैषी पहल के प्रति प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि सेवा सेतु ने सरकारी सेवाओं के प्रति लोगों का विश्वास बढ़ाया है। समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और उत्तरदायी सेवा वितरण की यह व्यवस्था सुशासन की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जिससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के नागरिक भी आसानी से शासकीय सेवाओं का लाभ प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
