साउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड (SECL), कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड की प्रमुख सहायक कंपनी, को मिशन कर्मयोगी – साधना सप्ताह 2026 के अंतर्गत उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए देश के टॉप 10 परफॉर्मिंग संगठनों में स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। इस उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि के लिए भारत सरकार के क्षमता निर्माण आयोग (Capacity Building Commission) द्वारा SECL के अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक (CMD) श्री हरीश दुहन को प्रशंसा-पत्र प्रेषित किया गया है। प्रशंसा-पत्र में SECL की सक्रिय सहभागिता, कोर्स पूर्णता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन तथा क्षमता निर्माण के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता की सराहना की गई है ।

iGOT (Integrated Government Online Training) कर्मयोगी भारत सरकार का एक डिजिटल लर्निंग प्लेटफॉर्म है, जिसे मिशन कर्मयोगी के अंतर्गत विकसित किया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य सरकारी एवं सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों को सतत् सीखने, कौशल उन्नयन एवं क्षमता निर्माण के लिए एकीकृत मंच प्रदान करना है।
इसी दिशा में SECL द्वारा iGOT कर्मयोगी प्लेटफॉर्म पर कर्मचारियों के कौशल विकास हेतु विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम संचालित किए जा रहे हैं, जिनमें पर्यावरण संरक्षण, सतत एवं धारणीय विकास तथा कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक दायित्व (CSR) से संबंधित विषय प्रमुख हैं, जो कर्मचारियों को भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए सक्षम बना रहे हैं।
इस अवसर पर SECL के अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक श्री हरीश दुहान ने कहा:
