बिलासपुर। जिला शहर कांग्रेस कमेटी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रविंद्र सिंह ने छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार द्वारा पेश किये हुये बजट को गांव गरीब मजदूर महिला कर्मचारी व वृद्ध जनों के साथ धोखा बताया है । इस बजट में युवा व किसानों के हित के लिए कोई ठोस पहल नहीं किया गया है। ना हीं महंगाई में लगाम लगाने का भी कोई प्रयास किया गया। बेरोजगारों के उत्थान के लिए भी कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया। वही स्कूली छात्र छात्राओं के बंद किये स्कूलों को पुनः प्रारंभ करने के लिए बजट में कोई राशि का प्रावधान नहीं किया गया है । आदिवासियों के उत्थान के साथ ही जल जंगल जमीन को बचाने का भी कोई योजना दिखाई नहीं दिया । किसानो के लिए भी कोई अतिरिक्त लाभ इस बजट में नहीं दिया गया है। पूर्व बजट में सरकार के द्वारा किये गये वादे सिर्फ कागजों तक सीमित रह गया है। दो वर्ष पूर्ण होने के बाद भी अभी तक धरातल में कोई योजना सही ढंग से फलिभुत नहीं हो पाया है। इस बजट को हम छत्तीसगढ़ वासीयो के लिए लोक लुभावन बजट ही कह सकते हैं।इस बजट में छत्तीसगढ़वासीयो को इस पुनः एक बार छला गया।
