मखाना उत्पादन को मिल रहा छत्तीसगढ़ में प्रोत्साहन, योजना का तेजी के साथ हो रहा है क्रियान्वयन
धमतरी, बालोद, महासमुंद और गरियाबंद जिलों में शुरू हुई मखाना विकास योजना, 178 लाख की राशि स्वीकृत
रायपुर, 30 जनवरी 2026/छत्तीसगढ़ में पारंपरिक फसलों के साथ अब किसान नकदी फसलों की ओर भी तेजी से रुख कर रहे हैं l इसी कड़ी में मखाना की खेती किसानों के लिए एक नया और लाभकारी विकल्प बनकर सामने आ रही है l
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में मखाना उत्पादन की अपार संभावनाओं को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए केन्द्र सरकार की सेंट्रल सेक्टर स्कीम फॉर डेवलपमेंट ऑफ मखाना का क्रियान्वयन तेजी के साथ किया जा रहा है। केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा राज्य को राष्ट्रीय मखाना बोर्ड में शामिल करने की ऐतिहासिक घोषणा के उपरांत राज्य में मखाना की खेती एवं प्रसंस्करण कार्य की गतिविधियों में तेजी आई है l उद्यानिकी विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि राज्य में वर्ष 2025-26 से उक्त योजना का क्रियान्वयन प्रारंभ किया गया है। इसके अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के लिए 178 लाख 11 हजार रूपए की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हुई है। योजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु धमतरी, बालोद, महासमुंद एवं गरियाबंद जिलों का चयन किया गया है।
मखाना की बाजार में अच्छी मांग
मखाना की खेती की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि किसान अगर केवल कच्चे बीज न बेचकर, बीज को प्रोसेस कर मखाना बनाकर बाजार में बेचें, तो उन्हें कहीं अधिक लाभ मिलता है l बीज को सुखाकर, भूनकर और प्रोसेस कर मखाना तैयार किया जाता है, जिसकी बाजार में अच्छी मांग रहती है l
मखाना उत्पादन में कृषकों की रुचि
योजना अंतर्गत मखाना उत्पादन एवं मखाना बीज उत्पादन की गतिविधियाँ प्रस्तावित हैं। कृषकों के पूर्व से निर्मित तालाबों में 96.438 हेक्टेयर तथा किसानों की भूमि पर 37.424 हेक्टेयर, इस कुल 133.862 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में मखाना उत्पादन किया जाएगा। साथ ही कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी विश्वविद्यालय तथा विभागीय रोपणियों में 15 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में बीज उत्पादन कार्यक्रम संचालित किया जाएगा।
मखाना उत्पादन में धमतरी जिले के 43 कृषक सम्मिलित
वर्तमान में धमतरी जिले में महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों का चयन कर मखाना उत्पादन प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। इनमें शैल पुत्री स्व-सहायता समूह, नई किरण स्व-सहायता समूह, जय माँ नव ज्योति महिला स्व-सहायता समूह एवं प्रगतिशील कृषक समूह प्रमुख हैं। जिले में 55 एकड़ क्षेत्र में तालाबों में मखाना बीज की बुवाई पूर्ण की जा चुकी है तथा 15 एकड़ में तैयारी प्रारंभ है, जिसमें 43 कृषक सम्मिलित हैं। भूमि पर मखाना उत्पादन हेतु चयनित 55 एकड़ क्षेत्र में भी बुवाई की तैयारी प्रारंभ की गई है, जिसमें 20 कृषक शामिल हैं।
2026-27 हेतु रुपये 2 करोड़ रूपए की कार्ययोजना प्रस्तावित
उल्लेखनीय है कि वर्ष 2026-27 हेतु रुपये 2 करोड़ रूपए की कार्ययोजना प्रस्तावित की गई है, जिसके अंतर्गत 75 हेक्टेयर में तालाबों में तथा 30 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर मखाना उत्पादन, 10 नवीन तालाबों का निर्माण तथा 5 हेक्टेयर में अतिरिक्त मखाना उत्पादन प्रस्तावित है।
मखाना उत्पादन के लिए किसानों को प्रशिक्षण
पिछले पांच वर्षों से मखाना की खेती कर रही ओजस फार्म की संचालक श्रीमती मनीषा चंद्राकर ने बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ की जलवायु एवं मिट्टी मखाना उत्पादन के लिए अत्यंत अनुकूल है। राज्य में सर्वप्रथम आरंग विकासखंड के ग्राम लिंगाडीह में स्वर्गीय कृष्ण कुमार चंद्राकर द्वारा व्यावसायिक मखाना उत्पादन प्रारंभ किया गया था तथा दिसंबर 2021 में पहला मखाना प्रसंस्करण केंद्र स्थापित हुआ। वर्तमान में उनकी संस्था न केवल उत्पादन एवं प्रसंस्करण कर रही है, बल्कि राज्य एवं राज्य के बाहर के किसानों को प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान कर रही है।
स्वयं उत्पादन कर प्रसंस्करण एवं पैकेजिंग करने पर अधिकतम लाभ
श्रीमती मनीषा चंद्राकर ने बताया कि एक किलोग्राम मखाना बीज से लगभग 200 से 250 ग्राम पॉप प्राप्त होता है, जिसकी कीमत 700 से 1000 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम तक होती है। यदि किसान स्वयं उत्पादन कर प्रसंस्करण एवं पैकेजिंग करता है, तो प्रति एकड़ अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
