खड़गवां में COTPA एक्ट के तहत ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी, 13 दुकानों पर कार्रवाई, 2,900 रुपये जुर्माना
एमसीबी, 29 जनवरी 2026।कलेक्टर डी. राहुल वेंकट के निर्देश तथा मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. अविनाश खरे के मार्गदर्शन में स्वास्थ्य विभाग एवं खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन, जिला एमसीबी द्वारा तंबाकू नियंत्रण को लेकर सघन अभियान चलाया गया अभियान के तहत खड़गवां एवं गजमरवापारादृपौंडीडीह क्षेत्र में स्थित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खड़गवां, पीएम श्री एकलव्य स्कूल पोड़ीडीह, स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल खड़गवां तथा शासकीय बालक मिडिल स्कूल खड़गवां के 100 गज दायरे में संचालित किराना दुकानों, चाय ठेलों, पान दुकानों एवं गुमटियों की जांच की गई।
जांच के दौरान तंबाकू युक्त पदार्थों की अवैध बिक्री पाए जाने पर कोटपा अधिनियम 2003 ( COTPA Act ) की धारा 4 एवं 6 के अंतर्गत 13 पान ठेलों, रेस्टोरेंट, किराना दुकानों, गुमटियों, होटल एवं चाय दुकानों पर चालानी कार्रवाई करते हुए कुल 2,900 रुपये का जुर्माना वसूला गया। कार्रवाई के दौरान संबंधित दुकानदारों को स्कूलों के आसपास तंबाकू, सिगरेट एवं अन्य नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री न करने की सख्त चेतावनी दी गई तथा पुनरावृत्ति होने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई किए जाने की बात कही गई।
इस कार्रवाई में कोटपा नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. कीर्ति चौहान, डॉ. विक्की टोप्पो, चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. करन, राजस्व विभाग खड़गवां, खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन से औषधि निरीक्षक विकास लकड़ा एवं आलोक मिंज तथा खड़गवां थाना का पुलिस बल उपस्थित रहा। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि बच्चों एवं किशोरों को तंबाकू के दुष्प्रभाव से बचाने तथा कानून का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगी।
