स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा: बिल्हा के आदिवासी आदर्श ग्राम मंजूरपहरी में जनभागीदारी के साथ समेकित लोकसंपर्क कार्यक्रम आयोजित
बिलासपुर, भारत सरकार के सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय के अधीन केंद्रीय संचार ब्यूरो, बिलासपुर द्वारा स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा के अंतर्गत बिल्हा विकास खण्ड के आदिवासी आदर्श ग्राम मंजूरपहरी, जिला बिलासपुर में एक दिवसीय समेकित लोकसंपर्क कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य स्वच्छता के प्रति जन-जागरूकता बढ़ाना तथा सामुदायिक सहभागिता को सुदृढ़ करना रहा।
कार्यक्रम में ग्राम पंचायत के प्रतिनिधियों, ग्रामवासियों एवं खेल गतिविधियों से जुड़े प्रतिभागियों की उल्लेखनीय उपस्थिति रही। इस अवसर पर ग्राम सरपंच श्रीमती उषा देवी मिलन सिंह मरावी, उप सरपंच जितेन्द्र कुमार सरुता, पूर्व जनपद सदस्य राम नेताम, पंचगण श्रीमती आरती बाई उईके एवं श्रीमती प्रीति पाटले, स्वच्छता मित्र रामदास मानिकपुरी, विद्यालयों के समस्त शिक्षक-कर्मचारी, महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों की सदस्याएँ, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता तथा बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामवासी उपस्थित रहे। साथ ही ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा आयोजित जिला स्तरीय कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने आए विभिन्न ग्रामों की टीमों के खिलाड़ियों की उपस्थिति ने कार्यक्रम को व्यापक जनसमर्थन प्रदान किया।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए स्वच्छता मित्र रामदास मानिकपुरी ने कहा कि स्वच्छता केवल सरकारी अभियान नहीं, बल्कि प्रत्येक नागरिक की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने लोगों से अपने घर-आंगन के साथ-साथ आसपास के सार्वजनिक स्थलों की स्वच्छता बनाए रखने का आह्वान किया।
इस अवसर पर कार्यालय प्रभारी, केंद्रीय संचार ब्यूरो, बिलासपुर कमल गिरी ने उपस्थित जनसमूह को बताया कि भारत सरकार द्वारा 16 जनवरी से 31 जनवरी तक देशभर में स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा मनाया जा रहा है, जिसके अंतर्गत पार्कों, सड़कों, बस स्टैंडों, विद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों, बाजारों सहित सभी सार्वजनिक स्थलों की स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु जनभागीदारी पर विशेष बल दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता और सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्व से ही एक स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ एवं सतत वातावरण का निर्माण संभव है।
कार्यक्रम में ग्राम सरपंच उषा देवी मिलन सिंह मरावी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत ग्राम में घर-घर पक्के शौचालयों का निर्माण हुआ है और उनका शत-प्रतिशत उपयोग सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब सार्वजनिक स्थलों की साफ-सफाई पर समान रूप से ध्यान देना आवश्यक है, जिससे स्वच्छ भारत अभियान का लक्ष्य पूर्ण रूप से साकार हो सके।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान स्वच्छ भारत अभियान पर आधारित प्रश्नमंच, रंगोली प्रतियोगिता तथा कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। रंगोली प्रतियोगिता में कुमारी रोशनी ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। इस अवसर पर उपस्थित जनसमूह को स्वच्छता की शपथ दिलाई गई तथा “एक पेड़ माँ के नाम” पहल के अंतर्गत पौधों का वितरण भी किया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, गीत-नाटक दल द्वारा विषयपरक गीतों एवं नुक्कड़ नाटक के माध्यम से स्वच्छता से संबंधित संदेश प्रभावी ढंग से जनसामान्य तक पहुँचाया गया। कार्यक्रम ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता के प्रति सकारात्मक सोच और सामुदायिक सहभागिता को नई दिशा प्रदान की।
