कच्चे घर से पक्के आशियाने तक : प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना से बदली ममता की जिंदगी
बिलासपुर, 6 जनवरी/ मंगला धूरीपारा की रहने वाली श्रीमती ममता कौशिक का जीवन कभी कठिनाइयों से भरा था। सीमित आय में घर चलाना और ऊपर से कच्चे मकान की परेशानियाँ, बरसात में टपकती छत, गर्मी में तपता कमरा और हर मौसम में असुरक्षा का एहसास। परिवार की आय इतनी नहीं थी कि वे पक्का मकान बनवा सकें। पक्का घर उनके लिए सिर्फ एक सपना था। यह सपना तब हकीकत में बदला जब उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) का लाभ मिला। योजना के तहत मिली आर्थिक सहायता से उनका वर्षों पुराना सपना साकार हुआ। आज श्रीमती ममता कौशिक अपने पक्के घर में सुरक्षित, सम्मानजनक और सुकूनभरा जीवन जी रही हैं। जिसके लिए उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री का आभार जताया है।
ममता बताती हैं, “पहले हर बरसात अपने साथ डर लेकर आती थी, कच्चे घर की मुश्किलें बारिश में और बढ़ जाती थी। पक्का घर बनने के बाद अब अपने घर की मजबूत छत के नीचे बच्चों और परिवार के साथ चौन की नींद सो पाती हूँ। यह सिर्फ घर नहीं, बल्कि मेरे जीवन की नई शुरुआत है।” वे मानती हैं कि अगर यह योजना न होती तो पक्का घर बनवाना उनके परिवार के लिए असंभव ही रहता, और वे रोजाना कच्चे घर की मुश्किलों से जूझते रहते। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि सरकार की यह पहल गरीब परिवारों को सम्मान की छत के साथ आत्मसम्मान और स्थिरता भी दे रही है।
