गौरेला पेंड्रा मरवाही, 02 जनवरी 2026/ प्राकृतिक सुंदरता से परिपूर्ण जीपीएम जिले में पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में लगातर विकास किया जा है। इसी कड़ी में 31 दिसम्बर को साल के आखिरी दिन कलेक्टर श्रीमती लीना कमलेश मंडावी ने मलनिया डेम में पूजा अर्चना के बाद फीता काटकर नौकायान का शुभारंभ किया और अधिकारियों के साथ बोटिंग भी किया। पर्यटक अब मिलनिया डेम भी बोटिंग का भरपूर आनंद ले सकेंगे।
इस जलाशय में मछली पालन विभाग द्वारा एक्वा कल्चर का भी संचालन किया जा रहा है, जो पर्यटकों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र होगा। साथ ही यहां कैंटीन सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। वोटिंग का संचालन ठेका पद्धति से किया जा रहा है, ताकि नौकायान का संचालन, संधारण एवं सुरक्षा मानकों का बेहतर प्रबंधन किया जा सके।
जलाशय में वर्तमान में आठ आठ सीटर के तीन मोटर बोट और एक शिकारा बोट की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। शुभारंभ अवसर पर जिला पंचायत सीईओ मुकेश रावटे , प्रभारी अपर कलेक्टर अमित बेक, एसडीएम पेंड्रारोड विक्रांत कुमार अंचल, जनपद सीईओ गौरेला श्रीमती शुभा मिश्रा, पर्यटन विकास विकास के जिला नोडल डॉ राहुल गौतम सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
