Unnao rape case: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने HC के जमानत आदेश पर लगाई रोक, कुलदीप सेंगर को रिहाई नहीं
Unnao Rape Case: उन्नाव दुष्कर्म मामले में पूर्व विधायक कुलदीप सेंगर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट द्वारा दी गई जमानत पर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने रोक लगा दी है। सीबीआई ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती दी थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सेंगर को नोटिस जारी कर एक हफ्ते में जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है।
उन्नाव दुष्कर्म मामले में पूर्व विधायक कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर की मुश्किलें बढ़ती नजर आ रही हैं। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कुलदीप सेंगर की जमानत को हरी झंडी दिखा दी थी, जिसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है।
CBI ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का फैसला पलट दिया है। कुलदीप सेंगर को फिलहाल जेल में ही रहना होगा।
1 हफ्ते में मांगा जवाब याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कुलदीप सेंगर को नोटिस जारी करते हुए जवाब मांगा है। इसके लिए पूर्व विधायक को 1 हफ्ते का समय दिया गया है। कुलदीप सेंगर को अगले 7 दिन में जवाब दाखिल करना होगा।
