वाटरशेड महोत्सव : रील बनाओ, इनाम पाओ; सर्वश्रेष्ठ रील के लिए 50 हजार इनाम
बिलासपुर, 02 दिसम्बर 2025/जल संरक्षण एवं वाटरशेड विकास कार्यो में जनभागीदारी बढ़ाने तथा जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से केन्द्र एवं राज्य शासित प्रदेश सरकारों के सहयोग से जलग्रहण विकास कार्यो में जनभागीदारी को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से भूमि संसाधन विभाग द्वारा ‘‘वाटरशेड महोत्सव‘‘ का आयोजन किया जा रहा हैं। ‘‘वाटरशेड महोत्सव‘‘ अंतर्गत बिलासपुर जिले में विभिन्न गतिविधियों के साथ ‘‘सोशल मीडिया प्रतियोगिता‘‘ का आयोजन किया जायेगा। यह प्रतियोगिता 31 दिसंबर 2025 तक आयोजित की जायेगी। इच्छुक व्यक्ति जल संचय संरचनायें, बागवानी, कृषि, वानिकी एवं प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना डब्ल्यूडीसी 2.0 एवं 1.0 सहित जलग्रहण योजनाओं के अंतर्गत निर्मित संरचनाओं और उनसे लाभान्वित समुदाय को दर्शाते हुये 30 से 60 सेकण्ड का लघु विडियों, रील या फोटो तैयार कर सकता हैं।
प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिये प्रतिभागियों को https://wdcpmksy.dolr.gov.in/registerMahotsav वेबसाईट पर पंजीकरण करना होगा और सोशल मिडिया प्लेटफार्म पर #WDC-PMKSY-WatershedMahotsav2025 के साथ ऑनलाईन अपना कंटेंट पोस्ट करना अनिवार्य होगा। प्रतियोगिता अवधि समाप्त होने के पश्चात् 31 जनवरी 2025 शाम 6 बजे तक प्रतिभागियों को पोस्ट के रीच, व्यूज, इंगेजमेंट, लाईक, शेयर और कमेंट का स्क्रीन शॉट पोर्टल पर जमा करना होगा। विजेताओं का चयन रीच 45 प्रतिशत, इंगेजमेंट 25 प्रतिशत, विषय की प्रासंगिकता 10 प्रतिशत, रचनात्मकता व मौलिकता 10 प्रतिशत एवं दृश्य तथा तकनीकी गुणवत्ता 10 प्रतिशत के आधार पर किया जावेगा जिसमें सर्वश्रेष्ठ रील के लिये 50 हजार रूपये एवं फोटोग्राफ के लिये 1 हजार रूपये की राशि के पुरस्कार दिये जायेंगे। कंटेंट जमा करने के बाद पूर्ण रूप से डीओएलआर के कॉपीराईट के अधीन होगी, जिसका उपयोग विभिन्न प्रचार एवं शैक्षणिक उद्देश्यों के लिये सरकार द्वारा किया जा सकता हैं। प्रतियोगिता के नियमों के तहत् अश्लील एवं कृत्रिम रूप से बढ़ाये गये व्यूज आदि अस्वीकार्य होंगे और सभी प्रतिभागी कानूनी नियमों के तहत् जिम्मेदार होंगे।
