किसानों का एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में फार्मर आईडी पंजीयन अनिवार्य-एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में पंजीयन की अंतिम तिथि 30 अगस्त
बिलासपुर,14 जुलाई ,2025/आगामी धान खरीदी खरीफ 2025-26 के लिए राज्य शासन ने एग्रीस्टेक प्रोजेक्ट के अंतर्गत एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में फार्मर आईडी किसान पंजीयन को सभी किसानों के लिए अनिवार्य कर दिया है। इसके तहत प्रदेश भर के सभी किसानों को एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में पंजीकृत किया जाएगा, जिससे कि समर्थन मूल्य पर धान विक्रय पारदर्शिता के साथ आसानी से कर पायेंगे।
जिले में एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल पर फार्मर आईडी किसान पंजीयन की अंतिम तिथि 30 अगस्त 2025 निर्धारित की गई है, तहसीलवार फार्मर आईडी पंजीयन बेलगहना 3939, बेलतरा 5852, बिलासपुर 4226, बिल्हा 6822, बोदरी 4326, कोटा 7396, मस्तुरी 8289, पचपेड़ी 11121, रतनपुर 4898, सकरी 10195, सीपत 6408, तखतपुर 13511 बिलासपुर जिले के कुल 86983 किसानों ने फॉर्मर आईडी बनवा लिए हैं। जबकी पूर्व वर्ष 2024-25 में धान विक्रय के लिए तहसीलवार बेलगहना 5987, बेलतरा 10175, बिलासपुर 8929, बिल्हा 11435, बोदरी 7014, कोटा 9550, मस्तुरी 18224, पचपेड़ी 13026, रतनपुर 6726, सकरी 16043, सीपत 10111, तखतपुर 20553 बिलासपुर जिले के कुल 137773 किसानों ने पंजीयन कराया था। फसल बीमा कराने हेतु एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में फार्मर आईडी किसान पंजीयन अनिवार्य किया गया है तथा प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की आगामी किस्त का हस्तांतरण फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) के आधार पर किये जाने के निर्देश पीएम किसान सम्मान निधी योजना में हैं। जिले के 155366 किसानों का पंजीयन है, इसमें से अब तक केवल 67861 (43.68) किसानों ने एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में फार्मर आईडी किसान पंजीयन कराया है। शेष 87505 किसान यदि एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में फार्मर आईडी नहीं बनवाते हैं तो पीएम किसान सम्मान निधी योजना के किस्त से वंचित हो सकते हैं। एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल पर किसान स्वयं पंजीयन कर सकते हैं अथवा अपने क्षेत्र के सहकारी समिति अथवा निकटतम लोक सेवा केन्द्र में जाकर पंजीयन करा सकते हैं।

फॉर्मर आईडी बनवाने के लिए किसान को अपने सभी कृषि भूमि का बी-1, ऋण पुस्तिका, अधार कार्ड और आधार से लिंक मोबाईल नम्बर (जिसमें आधार सत्यापन ओटीपी प्राप्त होती हो) की आवश्यकता होगी।
किसान को मिलेगा 11 अंकों की विषिष्ट पहचान
पंजीयन पश्चात् किसानों को ’’आधार’’ के जैसे 11 अंकों की एक यूनिक फॉर्मर आईडी (विशिष्ट किसान आईडी) मिलेगी, जिससे किसान डिजिटल रूप से अपनी पहचान प्रमाणित कर सकेगे।
एग्रीस्टेक, भारत सरकार द्वारा विकसित एक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म है, जिसका उद्देश्य भारतीय कृषि क्षेत्र को डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त बनाना है। यह किसानों के लिए एक व्यापक डेटाबेस बनाने पर केंद्रित है, जिसमें उनकी पहचान, भूमि रिकॉर्ड, वित्तीय जानकारी, फसल की जानकारी और बीमा इतिहास शामिल है। एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल में किसानों को प्राथमिक सहकारी समितियों तथा कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (सीएससी) के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करने की सुविधा प्रदान करता है। एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल, छत्तीसगढ़ के किसानों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है, जो उन्हें डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त बनाने और उनकी आय बढ़ाने में मदद करेगी।एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया गया फार्मर आईडी पंजीयन ई-केवाईसी युक्त होता है, जिससे दोहराव की संभावना समाप्त हो जाती है और किसानों की वास्तविक पहचान सुनिश्चित होती है। राज्य शासन द्वारा यह व्यवस्था इसलिए की जा रही है ताकि कृषकों को शासकीय योजनाओं का लाभ पारदर्शी तरीके से मिल सके। इसके लिए राज्य शासन द्वारा एकीकृत किसान पोर्टल विकसित किया गया है, सभी प्राथमिक कृषि साख सहकारी समितियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे एकीकृत किसान पोर्टल के माध्यम से किसानों का नवीन पंजीयन एवं फसल रकबे का संशोधन कार्य प्राथमिकता के आधार पर संपादित करें। जिसमें पंजीयन की प्रक्रिया प्रतिवर्ष । 01जुलाई से 31अक्टूबर तक संचालित की जाती है। इस वर्ष भी खरीफ मौसम के लिए यह प्रक्रिया निर्धारित अवधि में पूर्ण की जाएगी। उल्लेखनीय है कि इस बार कृषक पंजीयन के लिए कृषि विभाग, खाद्य विभाग और राजस्व विभाग के बीच इंटर-डिपार्टमेंटल समन्वय को सुदृढ़ किया गया है। खाद्य विभाग ने धान खरीदी पोर्टल पर किसानों का डाटा एग्रीस्टेक की फार्मर रजिस्ट्री से एपीआई के माध्यम से लिया जाएगा, जो पूरी तरह से ई-केवाईसी आधारित होगा।इसी के साथ राजस्व विभाग ने संधारित भुइयाँ पोर्टल में दर्ज किसानों की भूमि जानकारी और गिरदावरी रिकॉर्ड को भी आधार सीडिंग के माध्यम से एकीकृत किया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में 85 प्रतिशत भूमि रिकॉर्ड का आधार सीडिंग हो चुका है। शेष कार्य को प्राथमिकता के साथ जल्द पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं, ताकि खरीदी प्रक्रिया में किसी प्रकार की बाधा न उत्पन्न हो। जिला प्रशासन ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे कृषकों के पंजीयन और आधार सीडिंग के कार्य को सर्वाेच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए तय समय-सीमा में पूर्ण करें, जिससे जिले के सभी पात्र किसान समय पर पंजीकृत होकर समर्थन मूल्य पर धान विक्रय कर सकें। इस नई व्यवस्था से पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित होगी, दोहराव रहित पंजीयन संभव होगा और किसानों को समय पर योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
एग्रीस्टेक के मुख्य उद्देश्य – किसानों का डेटाबेस, किसानों की पहचान, भूमि रिकॉर्ड, वित्तीय जानकारी, फसल की जानकारी और बीमा इतिहास को एक ही स्थान पर एकत्रित करना।
डिजिटल सेवाएंः- किसानों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं और सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए एक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म प्रदान करना।
वित्तीय समावेशन– किसानों को किफायती ऋण और अन्य वित्तीय सेवाओं तक आसान पहुंच प्रदान करना।
पूर्व चेतावनी प्रणाली– कीटों के हमले, सूखा, बाढ़ आदि जैसी आपदाओं के लिए स्थानीयकृत और अनुकूलित पूर्व चेतावनी प्रणालियाँ प्रदान करना।
निजी भागीदारी– निजी क्षेत्र की भागीदारी को सक्षम करना, जिससे किसानों के लिए अधिक विकल्प उपलब्ध हो सकें। कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने जिले के सभी किसानों से अपील है कि 30 अगस्त 2025 तक एग्री स्टेक पोर्टल में पंजीयन कराकर डिजिटल फॉर्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) बनवाएं और शासन की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ लें।
