राज्यपाल डेका ने डॉ सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय का किया औचक निरीक्षण
बिलासपुर, 11 जुलाई 2025/राज्यपाल एवं कुलाधिपति श्री रमेन डेका ने आज बिलासपुर के कोटा स्थित डॉ. सीवी रमन यूनिवर्सिटी का औचक निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने इस दौरान विश्वविद्यालय में नवाचार एवं स्टार्टअप पर जोर दिया। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि प्राध्यापक ऐसा पढ़ाएं की विद्यार्थी जीवन भर याद रखें। उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति को लागू करने, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।
राज्यपाल ने विश्वविद्यालय में प्राध्यापक और छात्रों के बीच बेहतर ताल-मेल पर बल दिया साथ ही शैक्षणिक वातावरण पर ध्यान देने कहा। श्री डेका ने प्रशासनिक विभाग एवं विभागाध्यक्षों की बैठक भी ली तथा अध्ययन प्रभाग मे पाठ्यक्रमों पर विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए नए कोर्स प्रारंभ करने एवं छात्र संख्या मंे वृद्धि करने हेतु आवश्यक प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इस दौरान सभी प्राध्यापकों से कहा कि आदर्श शिक्षक वही होता है, जिस विद्यार्थी जीवन भर याद रखें। उनके पढ़ाई पाठ को हमेशा याद रखें और उनके बताएं आदर्श को अपने जीवन में उतारे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें आदर्श शिक्षक बनना होगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 को पूरी तरह से जल्द ही लागू किया जाए।उन्होंने इस दौरान राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी भी दी।
राज्यपाल ने विद्यार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने एवं उनके प्लेसमेंट की जानकारी लेते हुए संतुष्टि जाहिर की। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय में भारत सरकार द्वारा स्थापित इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर के बारे में जानकारी ली । उन्होंने इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर में लगाए गए उपकरणों और युवाओं को उद्यमिता के लिए दिए जा रहे प्रशिक्षण के बारे में भी विस्तार से जाना। उन्होंने बताया कि आज के समय में युवा उद्यमियों की आवश्यकता है, तभी हम विकसित भारत 2047 की दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ सकेंगे। उन्होंने लैब, लाइब्रेरी का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय की खेल सुविधा के बारे में भी जानकारी ली। इस अवसर पर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर प्रदीप कुमार घोष ने उन्हें अकादमिक जानकारी प्रदान की।
निरीक्षण के दौरान राज्यपाल की अवर सचिव श्रीमती अर्चना पाण्डेय, संभागायुक्त श्री सुनील जैन, कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल, एसएसपी रजनेश सिंह, जिला पंचायत सीईओ संदीप अग्रवाल एवं विश्वविद्यालय के अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। इस अवसर पर विश्वविद्यालय के कुल सचिव डॉ अरविंद तिवारी ने विश्वविद्यालय के प्रशासन के बारे में उन्हें अवगत कराया। इस दौरान उन्हें विश्वविद्यालय की विशेषताओं छत्तीसगढ़ी संजोही, छत्तीसगढ़ शोध एवं सृजन पीठ, रेडियो रामन 90.4, इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर, भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा केंद्र, रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर अंतरराष्ट्रीय कला एवं संस्कृति केंद्र, सहित अन्य विशिष्ट केदो की जानकारी दी गई। राज्यपाल को पुस्तक यात्रा ऑटोमेटेड लाइब्रेरी पौधारोपण आदि की जानकारी भी प्रदान की गई। उल्लेेखनीय है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के विकसित भारत एवं राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए सतत् मॉनिटरिंग के निर्देश के पारिपालन में राज्यपाल श्री डेका छत्तीसगढ़ के समस्त विश्वविद्यालयों का औचक निरीक्षण कर रहे है। इसी कड़ी में श्री डेका ने आज डॉ.सीवी रमन यूनिवर्सिटी बिलासपुर का निरीक्षण किया।
