सिम्स में जटिल सर्जरी,65 वर्षीय महिला के पेट से निकाला गया 10 किलो से अधिक वजन का ट्यूमर
बिलासपुर, 9 जुलाई 2025/कबीरधाम निवासी 65 वर्षीय लक्ष्मी चौहान, जो पिछले दो वर्षों से पेट में सूजन और लगातार बढ़ती शारीरिक परेशानियों से जूझ रही थीं, को सिम्स के प्रसूति एवं स्त्री रोग विभाग में भर्ती किया गया। मरीज को पिछले 10 दिनों से लगातार उल्टियां हो रही थीं और भोजन ग्रहण करने व मल-मूत्र त्याग में भी असमर्थता थी। परिजनों द्वारा उन्हें सिम्स लाया गया, जहाँ उनकी जांच डॉ. नेहा सिंह के द्वारा की गई।
मरीज की गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उन्हें तत्काल भर्ती कर रक्त, मूत्र एवं सोनोग्राफी जांच की गई। सोनोग्राफी रिपोर्ट में पेट में एक बड़ा ट्यूमर होने की पुष्टि हुई। डॉ. नेहा सिंह ने विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. संगीता रमन जोगी को मामले से अवगत कराया। मरीज की हालत की गंभीरता को देखते हुए डॉ. संगीता द्वारा मेडिकल सुपरिंटेंडेंट डॉ. लखन सिंह एवं अधिष्ठाता डॉ. रामनेश मूर्ति से चर्चा कर जीवन रक्षक ऑपरेशन की सहमति प्राप्त की गई।
विवतत्काल एक विशेषज्ञ टीम गठित की गई, जिसमें डॉ. संगीता रमन जोगी, डॉ. दीपिका सिंह, डॉ. रचना जैन, डॉ. अंजू गढ़वाल एवं निश्चेतना विभाग से डॉ. मधुमिता मूर्ति, डॉ. श्वेता, डॉ. प्राची, डॉ. आकांक्षा एवं नर्सिंग स्टाफ से ब्रदर अश्विनी शामिल थे। टीम द्वारा की गई जटिल सर्जरी में मरीज के पेट से 10 किलो 660 ग्राम वजनी ट्यूमर सफलतापूर्वक निकाला गया। सर्जरी पूरी तरह सफल रही और फिलहाल मरीज की स्थिति पहले से बेहतर है। सिम्स प्रबंधन द्वारा डॉक्टरों की टीम को उनके समर्पण और तत्परता के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया गया है।
