इंजेक्शन वेल तकनीक से भूजल स्तर बढ़ाने की पहल
बिलासपुर, 13 जून 2025/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के निर्देशानुसार जिले में जल संरक्षण एव जल संचय के वृहद प्रयास किये जा रहे है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा मोर गांव मोर पानी महाअभियान के तहत इस दिशा में कार्ययोजना बनाकर व्यापक कार्य किये जा रहे है। सुशाासन तिहार में मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय का आगमन कोटा ब्लॉक के ग्राम आमागोहन में हुआ था। ग्राम आमागोहन से ही भूजल स्तर बढ़ाने का प्रयास कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल के मार्गदर्शन में जिले में शुरू किया गया।
मोर गांव मोर पानी महाअभियान के तहत जिले में भूजल रिचार्ज की आधुनिक तकनीक इंजेक्शन वेल को तेजी से अपनाया जा रहा है। यह तकनीक गांव को जल संकट से निजात दिलाने और भविष्य के लिए जल सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
क्या है इंजेक्शन वेल तकनीक
इंजेक्शन वेल एक ऐसी प्रणाली है, जिसमें वर्षा जल को सीधे जमीन के भीतर स्थित जल स्तर तक पहुंचाया जाता है। यह प्रक्रिया पानी के भंडारण से अधिक प्रभावी होती है। क्योंकि यह भूजल को सीधे रिचार्ज करती है। जिससे हैंडपंप, कुएं और तालाब पुनः जलयुक्त हो जाते है। ग्राम अमागोहन, सोनपुरी में इंजेक्शन वेल तकनीक का उपयोग कर वर्तमान में सूखे तालाबों, पार्काेलेशन टैंक, डबरियों में इंजेक्शन वेल का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस कार्य से सतही जल एवं वर्षा जल को तालाब में जमा कर उसे फिल्टर करते हुए साफ पानी से भूजल स्तर को रिचार्ज किया जा रहा है।
जनभागीदारी से मिल रही सफलता –
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा मोर गांव मोर पानी अभियान को जन आंदोलन के रूप में अपनाया गया है। जिले में इसके लिए जनजागरुकता का कार्य मनरेगा और एनआरएलएम के दल कर रहे हैं। जिससे भू जल के कम से कम उपयोग और भूजल स्तर को बढ़ाने के प्रयास में जनभागीदारी पर जोर दिया जा रहा है फलस्वरूप अब तक विगत 1 माह में ही 54 बोरी बंधान के कार्य नालों में कर लिए गए है। तेज बहाव को कम करते हुए आसपास के भूजल स्तर को बढ़ाया जा सके। इसके साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में गर्मी के दिनों में अधिक जल की आवश्यकता वाली फसलों जैसे धान की बुवाई के स्थान पर कम भूजल उपयोग वाले फसलों के विषय में जानकारी दी रही है।
जिले में निष्क्रिय बोरवेल को फिर से चालू करने के लिए 159 स्थानों का चिन्हांकन कर सैंड फिल्टर तकनीक का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान को मोर गांव मोर पानी महाअभियान से जोड़कर क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा है इसके लिए जून माह के पहले सप्ताह में भी अलग अलग क्लस्टर में लगभग 6000 प्रतिभागियों की एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें गांव के सरपंच, सचिव, रोजगार सहायक और स्व सहायता समूह की दीदियों ने भाग लिया। प्रशासन के इस अनूठे प्रयास से पानीं बचाने लिए लोगों में जागरूकता आ रही है जिससे भविष्य सुरक्षित हो रहा है।
