बिलासपुर. 14 मई 2025. उप मुख्यमंत्री तथा लोक निर्माण मंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने गुणवत्ताहीन सड़क निर्माण की शिकायत पर एक बार फिर सख्ती दिखाई है। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों की तत्काल कमेटी बनाकर इसकी जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं। उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री साव के निर्देश पर प्रमुख अभियंता ने विभागीय अधिकारियों की कमेटी बनाकर एक सप्ताह में जांच प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने को कहा है।

उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने एल.डब्ल्यू.ई. योजना के तहत निर्माणाधीन नारायणपुर-सोनपुर-मरोड़ा मार्ग में गुणवत्ताहीन कार्य के संबंध में सोशल मीडिया में प्रकाशित समाचार पर त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए प्रमुख अभियंता को वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की कमेटी बनाकर जांच के निर्देश दिए थे। उप मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश के बाद लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रमुख अभियंता ने कांकेर मंडल के अधीक्षण अभियंता श्री संजय सूर्यवंशी और कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री के.के. सरल की दो सदस्यीय कमेटी बनाकर जांच करने के आदेश दिए हैं। उन्होंने नारायणपुर-सोनपुर-मरोड़ा मार्ग में किये गये कार्य की जांच के लिए लोक निर्माण विभाग के परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला को ले जाकर कार्य की सूक्ष्मता से जांच करने को कहा है। उन्होंने इस जांच में आवश्यकतानुसार उप अभियंताओं एवं सहायक अभियंताओं की सेवाएं लेने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया है। प्रमुख अभियंता ने सात दिनों के भीतर जांच प्रतिवेदन अनिवार्यतः प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा गुणवत्ताहीन कार्यों के जिम्मेदारों पर लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है। उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव के निर्देश पर विगत जनवरी में भी गुणवत्ताहीन कार्यों पर जवाबदेही तय करते हुए बीजापुर से लेकर रायपुर तक अधिकारियों और ठेकेदारों पर कार्रवाई की गई थी। राज्य शासन ने गुणवत्ताहीन कार्यों पर सख्ती बरतते हुए अधिकारियों को निलंबित करने और कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने के साथ ही एफआईआर तक की कार्रवाई की थी।
