बिलासपुर।कोल इंडिया के मध्य एवं पश्चिम क्षेत्र के पावर एवं एनआरएस सेक्टर के कोयला उपभोक्ताओं की बैठक का आयोजन दिनांक 08 मई 2025 को एसईसीएल मुख्यालय बिलासपुर में किया गया।
कोयला उपभोक्ताओं के साथ बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से इस कंज़्यूमर मीट का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर अपने सम्बोधन में एसईसीएल सीएमडी श्री हरीश दुहन ने कहा कि एसईसीएल का ध्येय है कि हम अपने उपभोक्ताओं को गुणवत्ता पूर्ण कोल सप्लाई करें। एसईसीएल का इस वर्ष का डिस्पैच का लक्ष्य 220 मिलियन टन का है और मुझे विश्वास है कि हम अपना लक्ष्य ज़रूर प्राप्त करेंगे और जो आप चाहते हैं वही कोल क्वालिटी आपको मिले यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
बैठक में कोल इंडिया से पधारे निदेशक (विपणन) श्री मुकेश चौधरी ने कहा कोल इंडिया अपने उपभोक्ताओं को निर्धारित ग्रेड का कोयला सप्लाई करने के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है तथा हमारा हर समय यही प्रयास रहता है कि उपभोक्ता को कम से कम ग्रेड स्लिपेज का सामना करना पड़े। आज आप लोगो के द्वारा जो भी विषय हमारे संज्ञान में लाए गए हैं हम उनका शीघ्र समाधान करेंगे।
बैठक में श्री टीएस बहेरा, महाप्रबंधक, (विक्रय एवं विपणन) एसईसीएल मुख्यालय भी अपनी टीम के साथ उपस्थित रहे।
कंज़्यूमर मीट में विभिन्न कोयला उपभोक्ता कंपनियों के लगभग 125 प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया। बैठक के दौरान कोल सप्लाई एवं गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन से जुड़े कार्यसंचालन के विभिन्न विषयों एवं बेहतर आपसी समन्वय पर चर्चा की गई। उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा विभिन्न विषयों पर फीडबैक एवं सुझाव भी प्रस्तुत किए गए जिनको अमल में लाने का आश्वासन दिया गया।
