सिविल डिफेंस मॉक ड्रिल 7 मई को, नागरिकों को आपात स्थिति में बचाव के तरीके सिखाने का प्रयास
कलेक्टर-एसपी ने की मॉक ड्रिल तैयारी की समीक्षा
बिलासपुर, 06 मई 2025/बिलासपुर सहित संपूर्ण देश में कल यानी 7 मई को सिविल डिफेंस मॉक ड्रिल आयोजित की जायेगी। इसका उद्देश्य नागरिकों को आपात स्थिति में बचाव और प्रतिक्रिया के तरीकों के बारे में जागरूक करना है। कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल एवं एसएसपी रजनेश सिंह ने आज मंथन सभाकक्ष में बैठक लेकर मॉक ड्रिल की तैयारी की समीक्षा की। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मॉक ड्रिल से किसी को दहशत में आने की कतई जरूरत नहीं हैं। आपदा की स्थिति में लोग कैसे व्यवहार करें और क्या उपाय करें कि कम से कम क्षति पहुंचे। इसके लिए लोगों को तरीका बताकर जागरूक करने का प्रयास किया जायेगा। बैठक में जिले में स्थित महत्वपूर्ण संस्थान जैसे एनटीपीसी, एसईसीएल, एयरपोर्ट, रेलवे सहित अधिकारी एवं सुरक्षा से जुड़े संस्थान जैसे एनसीसी, एनएसएस, होम गार्डस, रेडक्रास सोसायटी आदि उपस्थित थे।
मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान हवाई हमले की चेतावनी देने वाले सायरन बजाए जाएंगे। नागरिकों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ले जाने का अभ्यास किया जायेगा। इसके अलावा ब्लेक आउट की स्थिति में बिजली प्रबंधन का अभ्यास भी किया जायेगा। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए लोग हमेशा तैयार रहें। अपने आस-पड़ोस के लोगों को भी इसके बारे में बताएं कि किस तरह की आपदा में किस तरीके से बचाय किया जाये। मॉक ड्रिल के पहले लोगों को बता दिया जाए कि यह केवल रिहर्सल है। वास्तविक घटना से इसका कोई लेना देना नहीं है ताकि वे किसी तरह के पैनिक स्थिति में न आएं।
एसएसपी ने कहा कि केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के निर्देश पर मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अलग-अलग संस्थाओं के मॉक ड्रिल का तौर-तरीका अलग होगा। उन्होंने स्वयं सेवकों, एनसीसी, एनएसएस, पूर्व सैनिकों की लिस्टिंग किये जाने पर जोर दिया। मॉक ड्रिल क्यों और कैसे किया जाये, इसके बारे में लोगों को बताया जाये। उन्होंने इस संबंध में सोशल मीडिया अथवा अन्य किसी भी स्रोत से प्रसारित अफवाहों पर ध्यान नहीं दिये जाने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि इसे सभी लोग सामान्य तैयारी के रूप में लें। जब हम पहले से तैयार रहें तो क्षति कम होगी। कलेक्टर ने केन्द्र सरकार की बड़ी संस्थानों को विशेष रूप से सतर्क रहने एवं सुरक्षा एसओपी का नियमित रूप से पालन करते रहने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मॉक ड्रिल के लिए 7 मई को कोई समय विशेष निर्धारित नहीं है। लोग अपनी सुविधा अनुसार इस दिन इसका आयोजन कर सकते हैं। बैठक में नगर निगम आयुक्त अमित कुमार, जिला पंचायत सीईओ संदीप अग्रवाल,जिला कमाण्डेन्ट दीपांकुर नाथ, रेडक्रास सोसायटी के समन्वयक सौरभ सक्सेना भी उपस्थित थे।
