जल संरक्षण के लिए कलेक्टर ने विभागीय अधिकारियों की ली बैठक, नई तकनीकों से समाधान पर दिया जोर

वर्षा जल के संरक्षण और जल स्तर वृद्धि के लिए कार्ययोजना बनाने के निर्देश
बिलासपुर, 6 मई,2025/ कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने सोमवार को जिले में जल संरक्षण को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण बैठक ली। बैठक में लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग, जल संसाधन विभाग, विद्युत विभाग एवं नगर निगम के वरिष्ठ अधिकारयों के साथ सभी सीएमओ शामिल हुए। कलेक्टर ने जिले में बढ़ते जल संकट और भविष्य में इससे निपटने के लिए ठोस रणनीति बनाने और जल संरक्षण की नई तकनीक को जिले में अपनाने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।
मंथन में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जल संरक्षण के लिए बृहद कार्ययोजना तैयार की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जल स्तर लगातार गिर रहा है और यदि समय रहते प्रभावी कदम नहीं उठाए गए, तो भविष्य में गंभीर समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं। उन्होंने इंजेक्शन वेल तकनीक का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि असफल बोरवेल को वर्षा जल संचयन के माध्यम से पुनः उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है। यह तकनीक भूमिगत जल स्तर को पुनः भरने में प्रभावी सिद्ध हो सकती है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि इस तकनीक को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर लागू किया जाए।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि पानी की समस्या वाले क्षेत्रों में टैंकर से जल आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था अस्थायी होती है। इसकी जगह पर सेनटेक्स टैंकों का उपयोग किया जाए ताकि पानी का संग्रहण और वितरण दोनों ही व्यवस्थित रूप से हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि टैंकर से पानी की सप्लाई से दुर्घटना की आशंका बनी रहती है,उन्होंने नगर निगम के साथ ही सभी सीएमओ को निर्देश दिए कि जल्द ही पानी की समस्या वाले वार्डों में सेंटेक्स स्थापित कर उसके माध्यम से पानी की सप्लाई की जाए।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि भविष्य में जल संकट की आशंका को देखते हुए अभी से एक दीर्घकालिक और व्यवहारिक कार्ययोजना तैयार की जाए, जिसमें नवीनतम तकनीकों के प्रयोग से भूमिगत जल स्तर को स्थिर करने और बढ़ाने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारीयों को राजनांदगांव में अपनाए गए जल संरक्षण तकनीक के विषय में जानकारी देते हुए ऐसी प्रणाली जिले में भी विकसित करने की बात कही।बैठक में वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम को अनिवार्य रूप से लागू करने पर भी चर्चा हुई। कलेक्टर ने निर्देश दिए कि सरकारी कार्यालयों, शैक्षणिक संस्थानों और नगरीय क्षेत्रों में भवन निर्माण के साथ-साथ वर्षा जल संग्रहण प्रणाली को अनिवार्य रूप से स्थापित किया जाए।
कलेक्टर ने विद्युत विभाग को निर्देश दिए कि बिजली आपूर्ति लंबे समय तक बाधित न हो इसके लिए ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाएं, और मेंटेनेंस पर ध्यान दें ताकि आंधी तूफान आने पर बिजली आपूर्ति लंबे समय तक बाधित न हों क्योंकि शहरी क्षेत्रों में बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित होने से पानी सप्लाई की समस्या भी उत्पन्न हो जाती है। उन्होंने विभागों से समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने और अगले दस दिनों के भीतर जल संरक्षण पर विस्तृत कार्ययोजना और उसके क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में ठोस कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि मानसून के आने पर वर्षा जल को संरक्षित किया जा सके।
