बिलासपुर ।हे परिक्रमा के पराक्रम के प्रत्यक्ष परिणाम.. द्वितीय महिला महापौर होकर एक ही दिन दो दो बार शपथ लेने का रिकॉर्ड बनाने वाली विदुषी महिला, जीवन साथी अशोक विधानी को पार्षद बनने के अवसर से वंचित कर दिए किंतु आप महापौर बनते ही अपने अशोक विधानी को एम पी यानी महापौर पति बना दिए। सोलहवें सदभावना भोकवाधिराज अलंकरण समारोह में इस तरह का अभिनंदन पत्र पढ़ते ही आई एम ए हॉल में उपस्थित साहित्य प्रेमियों ने खूब तालियां बजाई। सदभावना जोजवानंद हेतु वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री रुद्र अवस्थी के नाम की घोषणा करते हुए मंच से अभिनंदन पत्र पढ़ कर बताया गया कि सत्ता और अखबार मालिक के चश्मे में फायदे नुकसान जो दिखा वो लिखा की जगह आमजन को “जो दिखा वो लिखा” जैसी पुराने और बेकार पत्रकारिता मुहावरे को अभी भी अपनाने का साहस आप जैसा जोजवा पत्रकार ही कर सकता है ।

दोनों अतिथियों का होली श्रृंगार कर अभिनंदन पत्र भेंट किया गया। पूर्व महापौर रामशरण यादव ने सदभावना की सोलह वर्षों से चली आ रही परंपरा को अभिनंदित होने वाले व्यक्ति को आत्म निरीक्षण करने एवं सामाजिक अंकेक्षण का सकारात्मक प्रयास बताया। सदभावना संयोजक राजीव अग्रवाल द्वारा अतिथियों का स्वागत करते हुए बताया कि विगत दशक से होली अलंकरण के अतिरिक्त सदभावना द्वारा समाज की विधवा विधुर तलाकशुदा हेतु वैवाहिक परिचय सम्मेलन एवं गर्मी में सदभावना प्याऊ, ठंड में गर्म कपड़े वितरण तथा समय समय पर साहित्यिक आयोजन बिना किसी नियमित शासकीय अशासकीय अनुदान के केवल जनसहयोग से कराया जाता है। इससे पूर्व कार्यक्रम के आरंभ में संजय शर्मा डायरेक्टर डीएलएस कॉलेज द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर 16वे सदभावना सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ किया गया। महापौर श्रीमती पूजा विधानी ने कहा कि होली का ऐसा अदभुत हर वर्ग के लिए विशिष्ठ आयोजन आदमी के पास हंसने के लिए अवसरों की कमी हो ऐसे आयोजन अनुकरणीय है। रुद्र अवस्थी ने बताया रील के जमाने में रियल का ऐसा आयोजन अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

कवि सम्मेलन में भोपाल से पहुंचे सुप्रसिद्ध व्यंग्यकार उमाशंकर दुबे ने राजनैतिक व्यंग्य बाण चलाए। वीर रस के श्री शिवशरण श्रीवास्तव द्वारा लोगों को बांध के रखा गया । राजेंद्र मौर्य एवं अधिवक्ता राजेश दुबे के व्यंग बाणों ने आयोजन को ऊंचाई दी । सुप्रसिद्ध ग़ज़ल फनकार उजमा अख्तर ने माहौल बना दिया। डॉ श्रीमती रश्मि मिश्रा, सतीश दीवान सहित श्रीमती पूर्णिमा तिवारी, धनेश्वरी सोनी, अमृत पाठक,राजेश पांडे,श्रीनिवास राव सहित अन्य लोग ने काव्य पाठ किया। आयोजन को सफल बनाने सदभावना महिला संयोजिका श्रीमती अल्का अग्रवाल, श्रीमति सोनल अग्रवाल श्री मुरारी अग्रवाल, सुशील अग्रवाल सहित शैलेन्द्र गुप्ता, राजेश गुप्ता, राजेश अग्रवाल, आशीष अग्रवाल, राजकमल कश्यप आदि प्रयासरत रहे।

परंपरानुसार साहित्य शिक्षा कला संगीत पर्यावरण समाजसेवा सहित अन्य क्षेत्र मे दिया जानेवाला विशिष्ट सदभावना स्मृति सम्मान 2025 डॉ .पालेश्वर प्रसाद शर्मा स्मृति शिक्षा साहित्य सम्मान डॉ. प्रफुल्ल कुमार शर्मा , बसंत शर्मा स्मृति शिक्षा सेवा सम्मान श्रीमती सीमा पांडेय,सेठ रामेश्वर प्रसाद जी बंसल स्मृति लोक गायक रत्न सम्मान डॉ हिलेंद्र ठाकुर , श्रीमती सुंदरी देवी जी श्रीवास्तव स्मृति पर्यावरण समाज सेवा सम्मान संदीप कौशिक श्रीमती गोमती जी मिश्रा स्मृति नारी शक्ति एवं गायन सम्मान श्रीमती अनीता केशरवानी , दाऊ मनहरण लाल अग्रवाल स्मृति अधिवक्ता सेवा सम्मान सुश्री पूर्णिमा साहू एवं पुलिस मित्र सेवा के लिए विशिष्ठ सदभावना सम्मान हरीश चंद्र टांडेकर को प्रदान किया ।

कार्यक्रम संचालन शिवशंकर एवं कवि सम्मेलन संचालन राजेंद्र मौर्य द्वारा किया गया। आयोजन में हरिहर ऑक्सीजोन के सदस्य गण सहित बड़ी संख्या मे साहित्य प्रेमी उपस्थित थे।
