जिला अस्पताल की जीवनदीप समिति की बैठक में गरीब मरीजों के हित में लिए गए कई निर्णय : 20 हजार से ज्यादा मरीजों की मात्र 8 माह में हुई 31 लाख रूपए की बचत

एक्सरे, सोनोग्राफी, ईसीजी छूट का गरीब मरीजों को मिल रहा अच्छा फायदा; श्रवण बाधित मरीजों की जांच के लिए जिला अस्पताल में बहुत जल्द बेरा परीक्षण की सुविधा
बिलासपुर, 1 मार्च 2025/ कलेक्टर अवनीश शरण की अध्यक्षता में जिला अस्पताल की जीवन दीप समिति की कार्यकारिणी बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में मरीजों के हित में और उनकी सुविधाएं बढ़ाने कई निर्णय लिए गए। बैठक में बताया गया कि एक्सरे, ईसीजी एवं सोनोग्राफी की सुविधा निःशुल्क किये जाने से लगभग 31 लाख रूपए का बचत पिछले 8 महीने में गरीब मरीजों को हुआ है। 20 हजार से ज्यादा मरीजों को इसका लाभ मिला है। श्रवण बाधित मरीजों की जांच के लिए जिला अस्पताल में बेरा रूम निर्माण करने का निर्णय लिया गया। जिला अस्पताल के साथ सिम्स में भी यह सुविधा वर्तमान में उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। ऐसे मरीजों को जांच के लिए रायपुर रिफर करना पड़ता था।
सिविल सर्जन डॉ. अनिल गुप्ता ने चर्चा के लिए समिति के समक्ष एजेण्डा प्रस्तुत किए और विचार-विमर्श कर गरीब मरीजों के हित में अनेक निर्णय लिए गए। जीवन दीप समिति की आय-व्यय विवरण से समिति को अवगत कराया गया। बताया गया कि जीवन दीप समिति के खाते में फिलहाल 5 करोड़ 32 लाख रूपए जमा है। इनमें से 5 करोड़ रूपए बैंक में फिक्स डिपोजिट के रूप में जमा है। नवनिर्मित माड्यूलर कीचन में मरीजों के साथ ही उनके परिजनों एवं स्टॉफ के लिए स्वल्पाहार की व्यवस्था बनाने के संबंध में चर्चा किया गया। बैठक में अस्पताल संचालन के लिए एक कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर रखने, एक लिफ्टमेन रखने, इंफेक्शन नियंत्रण के लिए अस्पताल स्टॉफ को विशेष ड्रेस देने, पेस्ट कण्ट्रोल के उपाय, पम्प का पाईप लाईन कनेक्शन, एनआरसी में बच्चों के प्ले एरिया में फ्लोर मेट रेड क्रांस सोसायटी से उपलब्ध कराने सहित अन्य उपयोग निर्णय लिए गए। पिछली बैठक में लिये गए निर्णयों का पालन प्रतिवेदन सिविल सर्जन ने प्रस्तुत किया। लगभग सभी निर्णयों का पालन अच्छे तरीके से किये जाने पर जिला अस्प्ताल प्रबंधन की प्रशंसा की गई। बेहतर इलाज और प्रबंधन के लिए प्राप्त एनक्यूएएस प्रमाण पत्र कलेक्टर ने जिला अस्पताल प्रबंधन को सौंपा।बैठक में नगर निगम आयुक्त अमित कुमार, जिला पंचायत सीईओ संदीप अग्रवाल, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. अनिल गुप्ता, सिम्स के अस्पताल अधीक्षक डॉ. लखन सिंह, सीएमएचओ डॉ प्रमोद तिवारी सहित विभागीय अधिकारी और जीवनदीप समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित थे।
