बिलासपुर । नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में मतदाताओं को लुभाने के लिए लिफ़ाफे मे पैसा बाँटने का वीडियो सामने आया है। बिलासपुर के तिफरा क्षेत्र मे वार्ड क्रमांक 07 के एक प्रत्याशी को यदुनंदन नगर स्थित बीड़ी मजदूर कॉलोनी में मतदाताओं के बीच खुलेआम रुपये से भरे लिफाफे बांटते हुए रंगे हाथों स्थानीय निवासियों ने पकड़ लिया और वीडियो बनाने लगे। जिसके बाद प्रत्याशी ने घबरा कर पैसों से भरा लीफाफा नाले मे फेक दिया।

जब नाले से लिफ़ाफ़ा निकाल कर खोला गया तो उसमे 200 के नोट निकले, जिसके बाद इस मामले की शिकायत चुनाव आयोग और पुलिस से भी की गई है।
