राज्य स्वास्थ्य संसाधन केंद्र के कर्मचारियों का वेतन भुगतान लंबित, विरोध तेज

रायपुर । राज्य स्वास्थ्य संसाधन केंद्र (SHRC) के तहत ARC में कार्यरत 105 कर्मचारियों ने वेतन भुगतान में हो रही देरी को लेकर विरोध दर्ज किया है। अक्टूबर 2024 से दिसंबर 2024 तक तीन माह का वेतन लंबित है, जबकि राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (NHM) ने अप्रैल 2024 से दिसंबर 2024 तक की ROP राशि पहले ही जारी कर दी है।
दिनांक 26 नवंबर 2024 को आयोजित NHM की कार्यकारिणी बैठक में ARC के कर्मचारियों के संविलियन प्रक्रिया को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु एक समिति के गठन का निर्णय लिया गया था। हालांकि, इस प्रक्रिया में देरी के कारण कर्मचारियों को अक्टूबर से कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया गया, लेकिन उनके वेतन का भुगतान अब तक नहीं किया गया।
ARC के कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि वे अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन बिना किसी व्यवधान के कर रहे हैं। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन द्वारा जारी निर्देशानुसार, उनकी सेवाएं जारी रखने का स्पष्ट आदेश दिया गया था। कर्मचारियों ने यह भी बताया कि मिशन संचालक द्वारा वेतन भुगतान के लिए पर्याप्त धनराशि उपलब्ध कराई जा चुकी है, लेकिन राज्य स्वास्थ्य संसाधन केंद्र की कार्यप्रणाली के कारण वेतन अटका हुआ है।
आरोप और विरोध :- कर्मचारियों ने NGO कार्यकारी संचालक पर लापरवाही और प्रशासनिक उदासीनता का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा, – “वेतन भुगतान में देरी से हमारे परिवारों की आर्थिक स्थिति पर गहरा प्रभाव पड़ा है। यह न केवल हमारे अधिकारों का हनन है, बल्कि हमारी मेहनत का भी अपमान है।”
कर्मचारियों ने अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई की मांग की है और चेतावनी दी है कि यदि उनकी मांगें नहीं मानी गईं, तो वे आंदोलन के लिए बाध्य होंगे।
राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन ने ARC के कर्मचारियों के वेतन के लिए सभी आवश्यक धनराशि पहले ही जारी कर दी है। इसके बावजूद, SHRC NGO द्वारा इस धनराशि का उपयोग वेतन भुगतान के लिए नहीं किया गया है।
इस स्थिति ने न केवल कर्मचारियों की मानसिक और आर्थिक स्थिति पर प्रभाव डाला है, बल्कि SHRC NGO की प्रशासनिक कार्यक्षमता पर भी सवाल खड़े किए हैं।
कर्मचारियों ने कार्यकारी संचालक से अपील की है कि तीन माह (अक्टूबर 2024 से दिसंबर 2024) का लंबित वेतन अविलंब जारी किया जाए, ताकि उनके परिवारों की समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके।यदि शीघ्र कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, तो यह विरोध और बड़ा रूप ले सकता है।
