मेयर-सभापति का कार्यकाल खत्म…नए टेंडर होंगे, सभी काम जारी रहेंगे: कलेक्टर संभालेंगे कमान; 10 नगर निगम में नियुक्त किए गए प्रशासक
रायपुर/ छत्तीसगढ़ के 14 में से 10 नगर निगम के मेयर और सभापति का कार्यकाल खत्म हो गया है। इसे लेकर 10 नगर निगमों में प्रशासकों की नियुक्ति की गई है। नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग ने अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। अब अलग-अलग जिलों के कलेक्टर्स के हाथों में शहर सरकार रहेगी। यही काम-काज देखेंगे और फैसला लेंगे। इस दौरान नए टेंडर भी होंगे और सभी काम जारी रहेंगे।
जारी की गई अधिसूचना के मुताबिक रायपुर नगर निगम के प्रशासक रायपुर के कलेक्टर होंगे। इसी तरह नगर निगम राजनांदगांव, बस्तर, बिलासपुर, धमतरी, दुर्ग, रायगढ़, मनेंद्रगढ़-भरतपुर-चिरमिरी, अंबिकापुर और कोरबा के लिए भी कलेक्टर प्रशासक बनाए गए हैं। प्रशासकों की नियुक्ति के साथ ही अब नगर निगमों में जोन अध्यक्ष, महापौर जैसे पद शक्तिविहीन होंगे।
