मुंगेली/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय सरकार के नेतृत्व में सुशासन के एक वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में ‘‘सुशासन का साल छत्तीसगढ़ हुआ खुशहाल’’ की थीम पर जनादेश परब मनाया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कृषि उपज मंडी परिसर में जिला स्तरीय और विकासखण्ड मुख्यालयों में विकासखण्ड स्तरीय किसान सम्मेलन, कृषक उन्नति योजना से लाभान्वित कृषकों का सम्मान एवं किसान संगोष्ठी आयोजित की गई। जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम में मुंगेली विधायक श्री पुन्नूलाल मोहले, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष श्री संतूलाल सोनकर, कलेक्टर श्री राहुल देव एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री भोजराम पटेल, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री प्रभाकर पाण्डेय, मुंगेली एसडीएम श्रीमती पार्वती पटेल सहित अन्य अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन, भारत माता एवं छत्तीसगढ़ महतारी के छायाचित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया।

विधायक ने किसानों को उन्नत एवं जैविक खेती के लिए किया प्रोत्साहित

     कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए विधायक श्री मोहले ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार के 01 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर सुशासन दिवस के रूप में मना रहे है। केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार के नेतृत्व में सुशासन के संकल्प के साथ अच्छा शासन चल रहा है। उन्होंने किसानों को उन्नत एवं जैविक खेती करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। विधायक श्री मोहले ने कहा कि किसानों को ट्यूबबेल के लिए छूट दिया जा रहा है, पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि अंतर्गत प्रत्येक किसान को प्रतिवर्ष 06 हजार रूपये दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में गन्ना किसानों को लाभान्वित करने के लिए मुंगेली में शुगर मिल खोलने के लिए विधानसभा में अशासकीय संकल्प पेश किया गया है। गन्ने की फसल के लिए खेत को उपजाऊ बनाने जिले के किसान विशेष प्रयास करते हुए उन्नत खेती-किसानी के लिए फसल चक्र अपनाएं। विधायक श्री मोहले ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार द्वारा महतारी वंदन योजना के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक माताओं को एक हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह दिया जा रहा है। हितग्राहियों को आवास योजना का लाभ मिलने के साथ समाज के प्रत्येक वर्ग को विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ने के लिए योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है, यही सुशासन है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कंतेली में कॉलेज खोलने की घोषणा की है। मुंगेली में आने वाले समय में मेडिकल कॉलेज भी खुलेगा।

कलेक्टर ने फसल बीमा योजना के अंतर्गत बीमा कराने किया प्रोत्साहित
कलेक्टर श्री राहुल देव ने कहा कि सुशासन की 01 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा गतिविधि एवं कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में सरलता एवं सुगमता से धान खरीदी करने में सफल रहे हैं। धान खरीदी में कहीं भी जिले में अप्रिय स्थिति नहीं बनी है। इसके लिए उन्होंने समस्त अधिकारियों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और किसानों को धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुंगेली जिले को विशेष ध्यान देते हुए चिराग परियोजना के अंतर्गत जोड़ा गया है, जिसमें मुंगेली ब्लॉक के 40 गांव को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा चयनित किया गया है, जिसके अंतर्गत किसानों को बकरी पालन, उन्नत फसलों के प्रयोग आदि के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने जिले के किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदा से फसल को बचाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के अंतर्गत बीमा कराने प्रोत्साहित किया। पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री भोजराम पटेल ने कहा कि देश के द्वितीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री ने कहा था, ‘‘जय जवान, जय किसान। इसमें पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने जय विज्ञान जोड़ दिया। उन्होंने किसानों को हमेशा स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक व नशापान से दूर रहने कहा। इसके साथ ही विज्ञान के अनुरूप आधुनिक खेती करने प्रेरित किया। 

किसानों को प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं मोमेंटो भेंट कर किया गया सम्मानित
कार्यक्रम में अतिथियों द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न गांव से आए किसानों को माल्यार्पण कर सम्मानित किया गया और जिले के उन्नतशील एवं प्रगतिशील किसानों को प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं मोमेंटो भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया। इनमें सहकारिता विभाग अंतर्गत 20 से अधिक किसानों, कृषि विभाग के अंतर्गत 03, उद्यानिकी की विभाग के अंतर्गत 06 तथा मत्स्य विभाग के अंतर्गत 06 किसानों को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मछली पालन करने वाले 02 किसानों को आइस बॉक्स एवं जाल का भी वितरण किया गया। इस दौरान नुक्कड़ नाटक के माध्यम से किसानों को फसल बीमा योजना के प्रति जागरूक किया गया तथा बीमा का लाभ लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में किसानों से परिचर्चा कृषक संगोष्ठी तथा उन्नत कृषि, मछली पालन, कृषि उत्पादन बढ़ाने वैज्ञानिक खेती आदि के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। इस अवसर पर जनपद पंचायत मुंगेली के उपाध्यक्ष श्री पवन पाण्डेय, जिला पंचायत सदस्य श्रीमती रजनी मानिक सोनवानी एवं श्रीमती दुर्गा उमाशंकर साहू, स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधिगण, गणमान्य नागरिक श्री शैलेष पाठक, श्री शिवकुमार बंजारा सहित बड़ी संख्या में किसान मौजूद रहे।
