पूर्व मंत्री अमरजीत भगत के करीबी अटल सहित 13 लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज
अंबिकापुर/ छत्तीसगढ़ के अंबिकापुर में एक बड़ी धोखाधड़ी का मामला सामने आया है, जिसमें पूर्व मंत्री अमरजीत भगत के करीबी अटल यादव सहित 13 लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। आरोपियों पर फर्जी तरीके से 498 एकड़ शासकीय भूमि के नाम पर 3.56 करोड़ रुपए का फर्जी ऋण निकालने का आरोप है।
यह मामला कमलेश्वरपुर स्थित सहकारी बैंक से लोन लेने का है, जिसमें आरोपियों ने धोखाधड़ी और फर्जी दस्तावेजों के जरिए ऋण प्राप्त किया। कलेक्टर सरगुजा के निर्देश पर एसडीएम सीतापुर द्वारा की गई जांच के बाद मैनपाट तहसीलदार ने इस मामले को दर्ज किया। इस संबंध में 1325 पन्नों की जांच रिपोर्ट भी पेश की गई, जिसके आधार पर यह मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी (धारा 420) सहित अन्य पांच धाराओं के तहत आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। यह मामला मैनपाट कमलेश्वरपुर थाना क्षेत्र का है, और पुलिस अब आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने में जुटी है।
