मंडी प्रांगण की होगी मरम्मत, मिले 14 लाख, बहुत जल्द टेंडर बारिश के तत्काल बाद काम होगा चालू

भाटापारा- मंडी प्रांगण की सूरत बदलने जा रही है। प्रबंधन के प्रस्ताव पर राज्य मंडी बोर्ड ने ना केवल सहमति दे दी है बल्कि 14 लाख रुपए की राशि भी मंजूर कर दी है। इस बार काम बारिश के बाद चालू किया जाएगा।
मानसून की पहली बारिश के बाद हुए नुकसान को इस बार मंडी प्रशासन ने बेहद गंभीरता से लिया था। बदहाल हो चुकी व्यवस्था के बीच पहले तो नीलामी की प्रक्रिया में सुधार लाते हुए शेड में इस काम की शुरुआत की। प्रांगण में जिन जगहों पर काम का दबाव सबसे ज्यादा था उनकी पहचान की गई। आवक बढ़ने पर शेड के साथ साथ प्रांगण में फिर से नीलामी चालू करवाई गई इस शर्त पर कि मंडी प्रांगण में नीलामी के बाद की सारी प्रक्रिया सबसे पहले होगी। तब कहीं जाकर व्यवस्था में सुधार हो पाया। अब मंडी प्रबंधन का पूरा ध्यान समूचे प्रांगण की फिर से अच्छी तरह मरम्मत करवाने पर था, सो प्रांगण की जांच करवाई गई। अनुमानित खर्च का हिसाब लगाया गया और प्रस्ताव बनाकर मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया गया।मंडी प्रबंधन ने पहले ही प्रांगण की स्थिति की जानकारी भेज दी थी इसलिए प्रस्ताव को तत्काल मंजूरी मिल गई।
मिली 14 लाख की मंजूरी
11 एकड़ के भू-भाग में फैले कृषि उपज मंडी में 4 जिलों की कृषि उपज आती है। ऐसे में आवक और काम का दबाव कितना होगा इसका अंदाजा सहज ही लगाया जा सकता है। ऐसे में लगभग पूरे प्रांगण को फिर से नया बनाए जाने की जरूरत महसूस की जा रही है लिहाजा प्रबंधन के प्रस्ताव पर सहमति जताते हुए 14 लाख रुपए की राशि मंजूर कर ली गई है। बहुत जल्द इसके लिए टेंडर जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
बारिश के तत्काल बाद काम
प्रांगण की मरम्मत के लिए भेजे गए प्रस्ताव पर मिली मंजूरी के बाद प्रबंधन अब टेंडर प्रक्रिया जारी करने जा रहा है। प्रयास इस बात की है कि बारिश की विदाई के तत्काल बाद मरम्मत का काम चालू कर दिया जाए ताकि सीजन के पहले यह काम पूरा हो सके और जल-जमाव जैसी समस्या से निजात मिल सके। तब तक प्रांगण के भीतरी हिस्सों की नालियों की सफाई का काम व्यापक रूप से करने की योजना है।
भाव में आने लगी तेजी
इस बीच कारोबारी सप्ताह के अंतिम दिन शनिवार को आवक का दबाव कम रहा लेकिन मिलों की मांग अपनी जगह कायम रही। 10 हजार बोरा धान की आवक के बीच महामाया पंद्रह सौ से 16 सौ रुपए, सरना 1450 से 1470 रुपए, एचएमटी अट्ठारह सौ से 22 सौ रुपए, सियाराम 2200 से 2300 ₹ और विष्णु भोग 3500 से 3900 रुपए पर नीलाम हुए। इसमें आने वाले दिनों में तेजी के संकेत मिल रहे हैं।

प्रांगण की मरम्मत के लिए 14 लाख रुपए की राशि मंजूर कर ली गई है। बारिश के बाद इस पर काम चालू किए जाने की योजना है तब तक समय को देखते हुए काम किए जाएंगे।
