तालाब, जलाशय और कुओं से नहीं निकाल सकेंगे मछलियां
रायपुर- मछलियों का प्रजनन काल अब चालू हो चुका है। इसे देखते हुए आगामी 2 माह तक मछली मारने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। यह काम आप 16 अगस्त से ही किया जा सकेगा। संचालक मछली पालन ने सभी जिलों के उपसंचालक और सहायक संचालकों को उक्त आशय का आदेश जारी करते हुए परिपालन के निर्देश दिए हैं।
वित्तीय वर्ष 2020- 21 के लिए संचालनालय मछली पालन ने वर्षा ऋतु को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस काल को मछलियों की वंश वृद्धि के लिए अनिवार्य मानते हुए तालाबों और जलाशयों में मछली मारने और पकड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। प्रतिबंध का आदेश 16 जून से प्रभावी माना जाएगा। यह आदेश 16 अगस्त तक जारी रहेगा। संचालनालय ने जिलों में काम कर रहे उपसंचालक तथा सहायक संचालकों के साथ मछली पालन का प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान केंद्र को भी यह आदेश जारी किया है।
इसलिए प्रतिबंध
वर्षा काल को मछलियों के लिए प्राकृतिक रूप से प्रजनन काल के रूप में जाना जाता है। जून मध्य से अगस्त मध्य के बीच मछलियां अपने वंश को बढ़ाती है। इस अवधि को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए हर साल इस अवधि में मत्स्य आखेट पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाता है। इसके अलावा मछलियों की कुछ ऐसी भी प्रजातियां हैं जिनको इस काल में जलाशय नदियों में केज कल्चर के माध्यम से संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए डाला जाता है। ऐसे में यदि मछली पकड़ने पर प्रतिबंध नहीं लगाया गया तो स्वाभाविक रूप से यह जलचर प्राणी अपनी वंश वृद्धि नहीं कर सकेगा।
इन जगहों पर प्रतिबंध
संचालनालय ने मछली पकड़ने और मारने पर प्रतिबंध के लिए जो आदेश जारी किया है उसमें स्पष्ट किया गया है कि मछलियों का प्रजनन काल होने की वजह से संरक्षण स्वाभाविक प्रक्रिया है इसलिए 16 जून से 15 अगस्त की अवधि के दौरान तालाबों और जलाशयों में मछली पकड़ने और मारने पर तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रतिबंध लगाया जाता है। अलबत्ता वे नदी नाले इस प्रतिबंध से मुक्त रहेंगे जहां केज कल्चर के जरिए वंश वृद्धि नहीं की जा रही है। प्रतिबंध के 2 माह की अवधि के बीच यदि किसी ने नियम का उल्लंघन किया तो उसके खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। आदेश मछली पालन संचालनालय से जारी किया गया है।
