बिलासपुर। श्रीराम केयर हॉस्पिटल में एक छात्रा के साथ हुई बलात्कार की घटना में सनसनीखेज खुलासा हुआ है। पीडि़ता के मां और पिता ने आरोप लगाया है कि बयान बदलने के लिये उन पर दबाव डाला जा रहा है और दो से चार लाख रुपये लेकर समझौता करने के लिये कहा जा रहा है।
श्रीराम केयर हॉस्पिटल की आईसीयू में भर्ती एक युवती ने आरोप लगाया है कि उसके साथ दो स्टाफ ने रात में बलात्कार किया। 21-22 मई की रात हुई इस घटना की जानकारी अर्धचेतन अवस्था में पीडि़ता ने अपने पिता को कागज पर लिखकर दी। इसके बाद सिविल लाइन थाने में अज्ञात आरोपियों के खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज किया गया। घटना के बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन घटना को इस आधार पर झूठा ठहराने में लगा रहा कि हॉस्पिटल में हर वक्त बहुत से लोग होते हैं और किसी मरीज के साथ बेड पर बलात्कार संभव नहीं है। अस्पताल के डायरेक्टर अमित सोनी ने पुलिस को यह भी जांच करने की सलाह दे डाली कि क्या पीडि़ता के साथ कोई प्रेम संम्बन्ध रहा है, जिसके चलते अर्धचेतन अवस्था में वह ऐसी बात कर रही है। पुलिस ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज लिया जिसमें कोई संदिग्ध गतिविधि नहीं होने का दावा किया गया है। जांच शुरू होने के बाद एक शासकीय स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ ने अस्पताल में ही आकर पीडि़ता का मेडिकल परीक्षण किया, जिन्होंने यह रिपोर्ट दी कि पीडि़ता के साथ बलात्कार नहीं हुआ है।
दूसरी ओर हॉस्पिटल की आईसीयू में बलात्कार की ख़बर से जनप्रतिनिधि भी सक्रिय हो गये। घटना की जानकारी लेने पहुंचे शहर विधायक शैलेष पांडेय के सामने पीडि़ता के पिता ने फूट-फूट कर रोते हुए कहा कि मामले को दबाया जा रहा है। मेरी बेटी के साथ बलात्कार हुआ है, पर उसकी सही तरीके से जांच नहीं हो रही है। पीडि़ता के पिता ने विधायक पांडेय को लिखकर दिया कि इस मामले को रफा-दफा करने की कोशिश हो रही है। बलात्कार के दोषियों पर कार्रवाई के लिये उच्चस्तरीय प्रयास किया जाना चाहिये। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टी.एस. सिंहदेव और महापौर रामशरण यादव भी इस मामले में सामने आये जिन्होंने कहा कि पीडि़ता को न्याय मिलेगा।
पुलिस जांच शुरू होते ही पीडि़ता को बेहतर इलाज और सुरक्षा के लिहाज से श्रीराम केयर हॉस्पिटल से रिलीव कर अपोलो हॉस्पिटल में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया था।
श्रीराम केयर हॉस्पिटल में पीडि़ता के सामने संदिग्धों की परेड कराई गई थी जिसमें उसने एक नहीं बल्कि स्टाफ के कई लोगों को पहचानने का दावा किया। तब पुलिस ने यह मान लिया कि वह सबकांसेस है और आरोपी को ठीक तरह से नहीं पहचान रही है। इसके बाद करीब 10 दिन के इलाज के बाद अपोलो हॉस्पिटल में युवती स्वस्थ हुई तो जांच अधिकारी महिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने हॉस्पिटल के संदिग्धों की परेड कराना चाहा। पीडि़ता और उसके पिता ने यह कहते हुए पहचान परेड कराने से मना कर दिया कि पीडि़ता अभी घबराई हुई है और मानसिक रूप से स्थिर नहीं है। इसके पहले मजिस्ट्रेट बयान में पीडि़ता ने बलात्कार होने की बात को कलमबंद कराया था।
