डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल कृषक रत्न पुरस्कार के लिए 31 अगस्त तक आवेदन आमंत्रित
कोरिया/ राज्य स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर एक नवम्बर 2024 को छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, कृषि विभाग द्वारा किसानों को पुरस्कृत करने हेतु डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल कृषक रत्न पुरस्कार के लिए 31 अगस्त 2024 तक आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किया गया है। छत्तीसगढ़ के किसानों को डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल कृषक रत्न पुरस्कार वर्ष 2024 से नवाजा जाएगा।
कब और कौन कर सकते हैं आवेदन?
छत्तीसगढ़ क्षेत्र में पिछले 10 वर्षों से खेती करने वाले किसानों को डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल कृषक रत्न पुरस्कार से पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। आवेदन केवल ऐसे किसान कर सकेंगे जो पिछले 10 वर्षों से कृषि का कार्य छत्तीसगढ़ क्षेत्र में कर रहे हो और छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के मूल निवासी हैं। इसमें केवल ऐसे किसान ही सम्मिलित होने के लिए पात्र होंगे, जिनकी कुल वार्षिक आमदनी में से न्यूनतम 75 प्रतिशत आय कृषि से हो और तकाबी, सिंचाई शुल्क, सहकारी बैंकों का कालातीत ऋण न हो। चयन और मूल्यांकन का मापदण्ड के तहत फसल में विविधीकरण और उत्पादकता वृद्धि के लिए नवीन कृषि तकनीकी अपनाने का स्तर होना चाहिए। उन्नत कृषि तकनीकी के प्रचार-प्रसार और अन्य कृषकों द्वारा अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए प्रयास किया गया हो। विगत तीन वर्षों में विभिन्न फसलों के उत्पादकता का स्तर कृषि और सहयोगी क्षेत्र में किसान द्वारा किया गया उल्लेखनीय व नवोन्वेषी कार्य किया होना चाहिए। ऐसे कृषक जो खेती में नवीन तकनीकी को अपनाता हो, जिसकी फसल सघनता अच्छी हों। समन्वित कृषि प्रणाली और फसल के विविधकरण अपनाता हो। भूमि और जल संरक्षण के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया हो, कृषि संसाधनों का श्रेष्ठत्तम उपयोग करता हो, कृषि विपणन में जिसका योगदान हो।
कोरिया कृषि विभाग के उप संचालक राजेश भारती ने जानकारी दी है कि इसके लिए कृषि विभाग ने 31 अगस्त तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किया है। कृषकों को आवेदन उपसंचालक कृषि व विकासखण्ड कृषि कार्यालय से निरूशुल्क दी जाएगी। आवेदन निर्धारित प्रपत्र में पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र को उप संचालक कृषि व कृषि विकास अधिकारी, विकासखण्ड कार्यालय में जमा कर सकते हैं। आवेदन पत्र के साथ सफलता की कहानी अधिकतम दो पेज में लिखना होगा। इसके अलावा फोटोग्राफ, वीडियो सीडी जमा करना होगा।
दो लाख रुपए व प्रशस्ति पत्र मिलेगा
पुरस्कार के लिए कृषकों से प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र में उल्लेखित गुण, दोष के आधार पर तथ्यों का सत्यापन, विकासखण्ड स्तरीय डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल कृषि रत्न पुरस्कार छानबीन समिति द्वारा किया जाएगा। कृषकों का चयन जिला स्तरीय छानबीन समिति और राज्य स्तरीय जूरी के द्वारा किया जाएगा और उनके द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
पुरस्कार के रूप में दो लाख रुपये और प्रशस्ति पत्र राज्य स्थापना दिवस यानी 1 नवंबर को दिया जाएगा। अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृषि विभाग की वेबसाईट https://agriportal.cg.nic.in/PortHi/पर विजिट कर सकते हैं।
