अधिवक्ता शैलेंद्र दुबे का आतंक अपने ही बिरादरी के वकील को दी धमकी कुसमुंडा थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज

बिलासपुर। हाईकोर्ट अधिवक्ता एवं बार कौंसिल सदस्य शैलेन्द्र दुबे के खिलाफ कोरबा जिले के अधिवक्ता गोपाल यादव की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए कुसमुंडा पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज की है।
एफआईआर के मुताबिक कोरबा के पवन अग्रवाल एवं दारा अग्रवाल की जमानत के लिए प्रार्थी गोपाल यादव ने 19 मार्च हाईकोर्ट अधिवक्ता शैलेन्द्र दुबे से मुलाकात की थी। इसके बाद वह आरोपी के साथ घर वापस आ गया। 22 मई को दुबे ने अपने मोबाइल फोन से उससे बाद की। दुबे ने आरोपियों की अग्रिम जमानत के सम्बन्ध में चर्चा करते हुए नाराज होकर गाली गलौच करते हुए धमकी दी। इससे वे और उसका परिवार डर गये तथा सभी को बुरा लगा। प्रार्थी ने दुबे से हुई बातचीत की रिकॉर्डिग भी रखी है। यह बातचीत अधिवक्ता संघ हरदीबाजार के वाट्स अप ग्रुप में वायरल भी हो गया है।
कुसमुंडा पुलिस ने शिकायत की जांच की और कोरबा के एक वकील गोपाल प्रसाद यादव द्वारा इसी सम्बन्ध में की गई शिकायत पर आरोपी शैलेन्द्र दुबे के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 506 के तहत अपराध दर्ज किया है।
आईपीसी की धारा 506 में किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास, जिसे दो साल तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, का प्रावधान है। यह एक जमानती तथा गैर संज्ञेय अपराध है।
पूर्व में हाईकोर्ट के अधिवक्ता थे शैलेंद्र दुबे इनकी यही व्यवहार की वजह से हाई कोर्ट अधिवक्ता संघ से उन्हें निकाल दिया गया है।
