बिलासपुर ।पिछले 2 सालों से जिले में बंद पड़े साक्षरता मिशन के ऑफिस पर ₹50लाख से अधिक खर्च कर दिए गए और अब नई योजना पढ़ना लिखना अभियान लांच किया जा रहा है।
पिछले 2 सालों में एक भी गतिविधि इस ऑफिस कि नहीं रही और 2 अधिकारी सहित छह स्टाफ को सिर्फ बिठाकर वेतन का भुगतान किया जाता रहा। यही नहीं गांव में प्रचार प्रसार के लिए जिन प्रेरकों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई थी वह भी खाली बैठे रहे और जिला स्तर से लेकर पंचायत स्तर तक कोई भी एक भी काम नहीं हो सका। इस 2 साल में न तो कोई परीक्षा हुई और ना ही कोई क्लास ही लगाया गया।गौरतलब है कि राज्य साक्षरता मिशन की जगह अब पढ़ना लिखना अभियान लॉन्च प्रदेश भर में किया जा रहा है ।इसके जरिए अब 15 से 80 साल तक के बुजुर्ग भी अपनी पढ़ाई कर सकेंगे हालांकि जिले सहित राज्य भर में साक्षर भारत अभियान दो साल पहले ही खत्म हो चुका है। अब असाक्षरों को साक्षर करने के लिए इस अभियान को स्वीकृति मिली है। ज्ञात हो कि राज्य में साल 2009 से अब तक चलाए गए इस अभियान के दौरान करीब 33लाख लोगों को साक्षर बनाने का दावा कागजो में किया जा रहा है। जो आंकड़ा मैदान में कुछ और होता है ।
- दो अधिकारी सहित चार स्टाफ को सिर्फ बिठाकर वेतन बाट रही सरकार
- गांव में जागरूकता के लिए किसी भी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन भी नहीं हो सका
E-books से होगी पढ़ाई..
इस बार इस अभियान के लिए स्टडी मैटेरियल बनाने का काम राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद को दिया गया है। वहीं इसके लिए सिलेबस तैयार कर रहे हैं और पढ़ाई में सहयोग करेंगे। यह अभियान 4 माह के चक्रों में होगा जिसमें शिक्षकों का आकलन राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालयीन के जरिए होगा।साक्षर बनने के बाद तीसरी की पत्रता और फिर पांचवी आठवीं और दसवीं बारहवीं की परीक्षा मुक्त संस्थानों से देख सकेंगे। ऐसे ही निरक्षर लोगों को लोग शिक्षा केंद्रों और विभाग की ओर से निर्धारित की गई सार्वजनिक जगहों पर शिक्षा दी जाएगी। साथ ही उन्हें नियमित कक्षा में आना होगा इसके बाद ही में परीक्षा दे सकेंगे।
समन्वयको की नौकरी गई..
ज्ञात हो कि साक्षर भारत अभियान कार्यक्रम 31 मार्च 2018 को खत्म हो गया था । जिले सहित राज्य में 31 दिसंबर 2017 को यह कार्यक्रम खत्म कर दिया गया था, लेकिन निरीक्षकों की अंतिम परीक्षा बाकी थी लिहाजा केंद्र सरकार ने इसकी अवधि बढ़ाकर मार्च तक कर दी थी । अभियान खत्म होने के बाद इस में कार्यरत प्रेरकों संविदा कर्मियों जिले समन्वय को ब्लॉक समन्वयकों आदि की नौकरी भी छूट गई है ।इन प्रेरकों को साक्षर भारत कार्यक्रम चलने के लिए ₹2000 हर महीने मिल रहा था ।
नई योजना के साथ काम करेंगे,,,
पिछले कुछ सालों से गतिविधियां बंद थी लेकिन स्लम एरिया में शहरी डिजिटल साक्षरता मिशन चलाया जा रहा था जो कि लॉक डाउन के कारण बंद है ।नई योजना के साथ काम किया जाएगा।
