बिलासपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ की कांग्रेस सरकार को छत्तीसगढ़िया सरकार होने का गौराव हासिल हुआ हैं लेकिन इनके राज में छत्तीसगढ़िया गायक की बदहाली को देखकर सरकार की योजनाओं की पोल खुल रही हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी के हर कार्यक्रम में प्रस्तुति देने वाले छत्तीसगढ़िया लोक गायक ओम परमानंद वैष्णव बिना छत के मकान में रहने विवश हैं।
छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के नेता प्रतिपक्ष धरम लाल कौशिक के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र बिल्हा के ग्राम पंचायत सेंवार निवासी छत्तीसगढ़िया लोक गायक ओम परमानंद वैष्णव की एक अलग ही कहानी हैं जो आज गुमनामी की जिंदगी जीने विवश हैं। विपक्ष की भूमिका में रहने वाले कांग्रेस के हर कार्यक्रम यहां मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के साथ पदयात्रा में अपनी गायकी से तत्कालीन भाजपा सरकार को घेरने वाले यह गायक गौ सेवा करने के साथ ही अपनी कला के माध्यम से छोटा मोटा कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुति कर अपने वृद्ध मां के साथ पत्नी चार बच्चे का पालन पोषण कर रहे हैं। जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से गांव में बने गौ पालन डेयरी शेड में गौ पालन और यहीं पर निवास करते रहे लेकिन पूर्व सरपंच के कारण इन्हें इस शेड को छोडना पड़ा और बेजाकब्जा कर घेरे जमीन पर टेंट लगाकर भीषण गर्मी के साथ तेज बारिश में दिन रात गुजारने के बाद रोजी मजदूरी कर के छोटा सा दो कमरे का मकान बनाया मगर आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं होने के कारण छैः महीने से बिना छत वाले घर में रहने लाचार हैं धूप और बारिश से बचने के लिए पॉलीथिन लगाए हैं। गौ पालन के साथ ही कांग्रेस सरकार के घोषणा के अनुरूप मकान बनाने और गौ पालन करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर तमाम मंत्रियों को आर्थिक सहायता करने के लिए दर्जनों बार पत्र सौंपे मगर आज तक इन्हें कोई सहयोग नहीं मिल पाया।
वहीं बिलासपुर जिले के वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेताओं से मिलने के बाद भी इन्हें सरकार की बात दूर जिला प्रशासन से कोई सहयोग नहीं मिल सका। जिससे आज यह छत्तीसगढ़िया लोक गायक अपनी ही छत्तीसगढ़िया सरकार के राज में छत विहीन मकान में रहने लाचार हैं जो इनके लिए नहीं बल्कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के लिए हया की बात हैं। बहरहाल ओम परमानंद वैष्णव की बदहाली को देखकर सरकार की पोल खुल रही हैं।
पीएम आवास के लिए सहयोग करेंगे-वर्मा
वहीं इस मामले पर जनपद पंचायत बिल्हा के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी बी.आर.वर्मा ने चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़िया लोक गायक ओम परमानंद वैष्णव द्वारा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों में अपनी प्रस्तुति देते आ रहे हैं। इन्हें प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत लाभान्वित करने के लिए नियमानुसार सहयोग की जाएंगी।
