कोरबा । ACB (India) Limited की चाकाबुड़ा स्थित पावर प्लांट द्वारा लगातार पर्यावरणीय नियमों का उल्लंघन कर बड़ी मात्रा मे फ्लाई ऐश को अवैध तरीके से अपने पावर प्लांट के परिसर से बाहर डम्प करने के कई मामले सामने आ रहे है| कंपनी द्वारा फ्लाई ऐश का उचित निपटान न किए जाने का आज एक और मामला सामने आया है कसईपाली के रोहिदास मोहल्ला मे| जहां कंपनी ने गड्ढा खोद कर मिट्टी निकाली और मिट्टी का इस्तेमाल दूसरे स्थान मे डम्प करके बनाए गए फ्लाई ऐश के पहाड़ों को ढकने के लिए किया गया और यह गड्ढा एक जलाशय बन गया है जिस का उपयोग आस पास के लोग अब नहाने आदि के लिए करते है|
अब कंपनी अपना फ्लाई ऐश लेकर यहाँ पहुँच गई और इस जलाशय मे फ्लाई ऐश ट्रक के ट्रक भर कर ला रही है और डम्प कर रही है| कंपनी को जारी पर्यावरणीय स्वीकृति और कंसेंट टू ऑपरेट मे फ्लाई ऐश के उचित निपटान से जुड़ी शर्तों का खुला उल्लंघन हो रहा है| पर्यावरणीय नियमों की अनदेखी और विभागीय कार्यवाही मे ढिलाई एक बड़ा कारण है कोरबा क्षेत्र मे बढ़ते प्रदूषण का और यही कारण है कि कोरबा क्षेत्र मे प्रदूषण के हालात बाद से बदत्तर होते जा रहे है|
