लोकल और ब्रांडेड दोनों किस्म के नमक में 50 से 75 ₹ की तेजी
भाटापारा- नमक उत्पादक क्षेत्र में कुशल श्रमिकों की कमी और रिफाइनरियो में मांग की तुलना में कम उत्पादन के बीच नमक की कीमतें थोक बाजार में प्रति बोरी 50 रुपए महंगी हो चुकी है। इधर सीजन की मांग और कोरोना काल की घड़ी में उपभोक्ताओं में संग्रह की प्रवृत्ति से भी मांग में वृद्धि हो रही है। थोक बाजार में कीमतें बढ़ने का असर चिल्हर बाजार पर भी पड़ चुका है। जहां पैकेट पीछे 2 रू की तेजी आ चुकी है।
गुजरात से प्रवासी श्रमिकों की वापसी के दौर के बाद अब यह राज्य श्रमिक संकट का सामना करता नजर आने लगा है। खासकर सबसे ज्यादा असर नमक उत्पादन इकाइयों पर पड़ा है जहां रिफाइनरियो में जरूरी मानव श्रम की जरूरत तत्काल महसूस की जा रही है।देश स्तर पर मांग के बाद सप्लाई लाइन शार्ट हो चुकी है। इसका असर थोक और चिल्हर बाजार पर पड़ चुका है। शॉर्टेज की स्थिति नहीं है लेकिन ऑर्डर ऊंचे दाम पर लिए जाने और सप्लाई में हो रहे दिक्कत के बाद स्थानीय और प्रख्यात कंपनियों ने अपने अपने उत्पादन की कीमतें बढ़ा दी हैं।
50 से 75 रूपए की तेजी
देश स्तर पर सीजन की मांग और कोरोना आपदा के बीच बाजार कभी भी बंद होने की आशंका से नमक की मांग सामान्य दिनों की तुलना में 25 प्रतिशत बढ़ी है। इसके अलावा गुजरात की नमक फैक्ट्रियों में मानव श्रम भी काफी कम हुआ है। इसका असर रिफाइनरियो में कम उत्पादन के रूप में पड़ा है। इसलिए गुजरात की स्थानीय इकाइयों की पैकिंग में 50रूपए की तेजी हो चुकी है। 25 किलो की जो बोरी आज से पहले 150रुपये में मिल रही थी वह अब 200रुपये पर मिलने लगी है जबकि ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के नमक में बोरी पीछे 75रुपये की तेजी आ चुकी है।
सीजन की निकली मांग
नमक बाजार सूत्रों का मानना है कि नमक का सीजन वैसे तो बारहों माह रहता है लेकिन अप्रैल से जून तक के 3 माह में ज्यादा मांग रहती है। क्योंकि इन तीन माह में घरों में अचार शिकंजी शरबत जलजीरा और आम पानी का उपयोग काफी होता है इसके अलावा इन महीनों में शादी ब्याह भी खूब होते हैं जहां नमकीन भी अच्छी मात्रा में बनाई जाती है। इसके अलावा तात्कालिक वजह के रूप में लॉक डाउन के बीच कभी भी बाजार बंद होने से आशंकित उपभोक्ता की खरीदी की मात्रा भी बढ़ी हुई है लिहाजा मांग बढी हुई है। रही सही कसर रिफाइनरियों मैं घटता उत्पादन पूरा कर रही है जहां मानव श्रम की भारी कमी बनी हुई है।
ऐसे हैं भाव
लोकल ब्रांड की नमक की बोरियां दो सौ रुपए पर पहुंच चुकी है। तेजी के पहले यह 150रूपए मैं उपलब्ध थी। चिल्हर भाव छह रुपए प्रति पैकेट थी तो आज यह 8रुपए में बेची जा रही है। खुदरा दुकानों तक पहुंचते पहुंचते भाव प्रति पैकेट 10 से 16 रुपए तक में बेचे जा रहे हैं। बाजार में मांग से ज्यादा स्टॉक पहुंच चुका है लेकिन कीमतों में तेजी के बाद उठाव पर प्रतिकूल असर पड़ रहा है। ब्रांडेड कंपनियो की बोरियों की कीमतें भी 50 से 75 रुपए बढ़ चुकी है। इनके पैकेट की कीमत बाजार से निकलने के बाद उपलब्धता वाली जगह की दूरी के हिसाब से ली जा रही है।
खड़ा नमक में इंतजार
परंपरागत रूप से बिकता आ रहा खड़ा नमक की खरीदी अब पशु आहार बनाने वाली इकाइयां कर रही है। इसके अलावा डेयरियां भी खड़ा नमक का बड़ा खरीददार है लिहाजा इसका बाजार भी अच्छा खासा फैलाव लिए हुए हैं। इसमें भाव फिलहाल 150 से 185 रुपए पर स्थिर है लेकिन अब स्टॉक खत्म होने की जानकारी आ रही है। नए स्टॉक के लिए जल्द ही रेक लगने वाली है। इसके बाद ही नई कीमत का खुलासा हो सकेगा लेकिन इतना तो तय माना जा रहा है कि खड़ा नमक में भी तेजी आएगी क्योंकि बाजार में मांग का दबाव बनता दिखाई दे रहा है।
