श्री सिंह पूर्व में कोरबा में लंबे समय तक सयुक्त कलेक्टर के रूप में तथा रायपुर में जॉइंट कलेक्टर एवम सुकमा जिले में जिला पंचायत सीईओ फिर दुर्ग में जिला पंचायत सीईओ और अपर कलेक्टर रूप में उन्हें कई प्रशासनिक दायित्यों का सहज और सुचारू रूप से क्रियान्वन कर चुके है । उनके अनुभव का बिलासपुर जिले को लाभ मिलेगा।
