रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विधिक परिषद आज एक पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें उन्होंने लिखा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विधिक परिषद गौरवशाली 18 वर्षों के सबसे शर्मसार समय से गुजर रहा है, जिस पर मुझे अत्यंत पीड़ा का अनुभव हो रहा है। साथ ही उन्होंने पत्र में वरिष्ठतम सदस्य एवं पूर्व कोषाध्यक्ष अशोक तिवारी, जनार्दन त्रिपाठी (सदस्य), अवध त्रिपाठी (सदस्य) एवं लीलाधर चंद्रा (सदस्य) द्वारा पृथक-पृथक परिषद के एक्स आफिशियल सदस्य एवं महाधिवक्ता सतीश चंद्र वर्मा के विरूद्ध आनन-फानन में नियम विरूद्ध कार्यवाही किये जाने को लेकर नाराजगी भी जाहिर किया है। वहीं उन्होंने कहा है कि बार कौंसिल के कुछ सदस्यों के विरूद्ध प्राप्त व्यावसायिक दुराचरणों की शिकायत लम्बे समय से लंबित रखी गई है। जो महाधिवक्ता के विरूद्ध है। साथ ही यह परिषद के कार्यप्रणाली को भी उजागर करने वाली है।
