पंजाब नेशनल बैंक जल्द बंद कर देगा आपका अकाउंट! अगर आप भी है PNB के खाताधारक तो जरूर पढ़ें ये खबर
नई दिल्ली: पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (PNB) से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर सामने आ रही है. PNB ने हाल ही में घोषणा की है कि, बीते तीन साल से निष्क्रिय पड़े खाते और बिना बैलेंस वाले खाते एक जून से बंद कर दिए जाएंगे। बैंक ने कहा है कि जो ग्राहक 31 मई, 2024 तक KYC की प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं कर लेते हैं तो पिछले तीन वर्षों से बिना किसी गतिविधि और बिना बैलेंस वाले खाताधारकों के अकाउंट बंद कर दिए जाएंगे। 31 मई, 2024 तक केवाईसी की प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं करने वाले खाताधारकों को कोई नोटिस नहीं दिया जाएगा।
कौनसे खाते नहीं होंगे बैंक
PNB ने बताया है कि कुछ खातों को इस मामले में छूट दी गई है, जैसे डीमैट खातों, लॉकर या सक्रिय स्थायी निर्देशों से जुड़े खाते बंद नहीं होंगे।
वहीं 25 साल से कम उम्र के ग्राहकों, नाबालिग खातों, PMJJBY, PMSBY, SSY, APY, DBT जैसी विशिष्ट योजनाओं के लिए खोले गए अकाउंट और अदालत के आदेशों, आयकर विभाग के आदेशों या अन्य वैधानिक प्राधिकरणों द्वारा फ्रीज किए गए खातों को भी बंद नहीं किया जाएगा।
आपको बता दें पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (PNB) ने ये फैसला सुरक्षा जोखिमों और निष्क्रिय खातों को दुरुपयोग से बचाने के लिए किया है. अपने अकाउंट को फिर से चालू करने खाताधारकों को अपने नजदीकी बैंक शाखा में आवश्यक केवाईसी दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे।
