सोसायटी से राशन चोरी करने वाले दो आरोपी जेल दाखिल

नवागढ़ — जाँजगीर चाँपा जिलान्तर्गत थाना नवागढ़ में प्रार्थिया सरस्वती साहू द्वारा रिपोर्ट दर्ज करायी गयी कि गत रात्रि एक बजे सहकारी उचित मूल्य की दुकान सोसाइटी रोगदा से अज्ञात चोरों द्वारा सोसाइटी का कुंदा तोड़कर गरीबी रेखा के कार्डधारियों को वितरित किया जाने वाला 11 कट्टी चाँवल को स्कॉर्पियो क्रमांक सीजी 10 , एनसी 6555 से चोरी कर ले जा रहे थे। जब गांव वाले देख लिये तो चोर गाड़ी और उसमें भरा 11 कट्टी चावल छोड़कर भाग निकले। प्रार्थना की रिपोर्ट पर नवागढ़ थाना में अपराध क्रमांक 163/ 20 धारा 457 , 380 भादवि दर्ज कर विवेचना के दौरान घटनास्थल से स्कार्पियो वाहन एवं ग्यारह कट्टी चाँवल जप्त किया गया। प्रकरण को गरीबी रेखा के कार्डधारियों को वितरित किये जाने वाला राशन की चोरी होने से प्रकरण की गंभीरता को देखते हुये जाँजगीर चाँपा पुलिस अधीक्षक श्रीमती पारुल एवं अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक श्रीमती मधुलिका सिंह के द्वारा तत्काल कार्यवाही करने के दिशा निर्देश एवं एसडीओपी जाँजगीर जितेंद्र चंद्राकर के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में विवेचना के दौरान मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर आरोपी चोरभट्ठी निवासी दुर्गेश कश्यप पिता रामकुमार (उम्र 24 वर्ष) एवं आरोपी किरारी निकेश कश्यप पिता जगन्नाथ कश्यप (उम्र 23 वर्ष) से पूछताछ किया गया। पूछताछ में आरोपियों द्वारा अपने दो अन्य साथियों के साथ मिलकर रोगदा सोसाइटी में चोरी करना एवं इसके पूर्व दिसंबर 2019 में दुर्गेश एवं निकेश द्वारा मिलकर ग्राम रोगदा की सोसाइटी से 15 क्विंटल चावल एवं शक्कर चोरी करना बताया गया।
आरोपियों के कब्जे से पुराने चोरी किये गये चावल में शेष बचा एक बोरी चावल जप्त किया गया। आरोपी दुर्गेश कश्यप एवं निकेश कश्यप द्वारा दो बार चोरी की घटना घटित करना पाये जाने पर अपराध क्रमांक 163/20 धारा 457 , 380 भादवि एवं अपराध 316/19 धारा 457 , 380 भादवि के तहत गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया। उपरोक्त कार्यवाही नवागढ़ थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक कुमार पांडेय के मार्गदर्शन में उपनिरीक्षक योगेश पटेल , सहायक उपनिरीक्षक माधव सिंह , आरक्षक दिलीप कश्यप एवं रूपसिंह कँवर का उल्लेखनीय योगदान रहा।
