बिलासपुर। लोकसभा चुनाव में चुनाव आयोग हाइटेक नजर आ रहा है। मतदाताओं को मतदान के प्रति जागरूक करने और उन्हें पोलिंग बूथ तक पहुंचाकर मतदान करवाने के लिए लगातार प्रयोग कर रहा है। चुनाव आयोग ने इसके लिए एप लांच किया है। इस एप के माध्यम से मतदाता घर बैठे मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम जुड़वा सकते हैं। साथ ही मतदान केंद्र से लेकर उम्मीदवार की जानकारी भी एप पर मिल सकेगी।

यह एप न सिर्फ मतदाताओं को सहूलियत देगा, बल्कि उम्‍मीदवारों के लिए भी फायदेमंद होगा। लिहाजा उम्मीदवारों और चुनाव संचालकों को सभा समारोह व अन्य कार्य के लिए अब आयोग से मंजूरी पाने के लिए आयोग के कार्यालय का चक्कर काटना नहीं पड़ेंगे। उन्हें ऑनलाइन सिस्टम के तहत आवेदन जमा करना होगा। आयोग की तरफ से एप के माध्यम से ही स्वीकृति दी जाएगी।

गौरतलब है कि आचार संहिता उल्लंघन पर नजर रखना चुनाव आयोग के लिए बड़ी चुनौती होती है। इस एप के माध्यम से चुनाव आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन और गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों के बारे में आयोग को सीधे शिकायत भेज सकते हैं। इस पर उल्लंघन संबंधित वीडियो और फोटो भी अपलोड की जा सकती है। खास बात यह है कि इसमें आपको लोकेशन भेजने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी, क्योंकि आयोग का यह एप खुद ही उस जगह की पहचान कर लेगा। इससे कोई भी आचार संहिता उल्लंघन की शिकायत बिना कही जाए की जा सकती है।

सी विजिल: इस पर सीधे शिकायत होगी

मोबाइल एप पर चुनाव आयोग की ओर से मतदाता के लिए उपलब्ध सभी सेवाएं मिलती हैं। आप मतदाता सूची में नाम देखने से लेकर पोलिंग स्टेशन तक की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। अगर मतदाता का नाम मतदाता सूची में नहीं है या किसी कारण कट गया है तो इस एप से मतदाता सूची में फार्म-6 के जरिए नाम जोड़ने के लिए आवेदन भी कर सकते हैं।

नो योर कैंडिडेट

अभी आप जिस संसदीय क्षेत्र के मतदाता हैं वहां के उम्मीदवारों की जानकारी लेने के लिए आपके पास कोई आसान साधन नहीं है। अब चुनाव आयोग ने केवाईसी ऐप तैयार किया है। इसमें चुनाव लड़ रहे सभी वैध उम्मीदवारों के नाम, उनका संसदीय क्षेत्र, उनके ऊपर दर्ज आपराधिक मामले, उनकी आय व संपत्ति की जानकारी भी देख सकते हैं।

सक्षम-ईसीआइ

दिव्यांग मतदाता इस पर अपना नाम मतदाता सूची में देख सकते हैं। केंद्र की जानकारी भी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। व्हील चेयर चाहिए तो इस ऐप पर अपनी बुकिंग कर सकते हैं।

चुनाव प्रबंधन के लिए तीन एप

चुनाव आयोग ने मतदाता सूची के साथ वोटों की गिनती व चुनाव नतीजों की जानकारी के लिए यह एप बनाया है। इसमें देश की हर लोकसभा सीट के नतीजों की जानकारी घर बैठे मिलेगी।

सुविधा-कैंडिडेट

राजनीतिक दलों और उम्मीदवारों को अब किसी चुनावी कार्यक्रम की मंजूरी के लिए चुनाव अधिकारियों के यहां जाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। वह इस एप के जरिए ही आवेदन करेंगे।

इनकोर (ईएनसीओआरई)

इस ऐप पर चुनाव प्रबंधन की कोर टीम से जुड़े लोग होंगे। वहीं, ईएसएमएस (चुनाव जब्ती प्रबंधन) ऐप के जरिए चुनाव के दौरान आचार संहिता उल्लंघन से संबंधित कार्रवाई की जानकारी अपडेट की जाएगी। तीसरा ऑब्जर्वर ऐप है, जिसमें पर्यवेक्षक अपनी रिपोर्ट देंगे।
