बलौदाबाजार। कोरोना संकट के बीच जिला अस्पताल बलौदाबाजार के लिये अच्छी खबर आई है। जिला अस्पताल को मरीज़ों के बेहतर इलाज और देख-रेख के लिये राष्ट्रीय स्तर का क्वालिटी एसयुरेन्स अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया गया है। भारत सरकार स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली के संयुक्त सचिव श्री विकास शील ने राज्य शासन की स्वास्थ्य सचिव श्रीमती निहारिका बारीक को लिखित पत्र के ज़रिए इस आशय की सूचना दी है। कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने इस गौरवपूर्ण उपलब्धि के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग के डॉक्टरों, चिकित्सा कर्मियों और प्रबन्धन को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। निरीक्षण में अस्पताल को सर्वोच्च 96 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त हुये हैं। बलौदाबाजार पूरे छत्तीसगढ़ में पहला जिला अस्पताल है, जो कि इतने अधिक अंकों के साथ राष्ट्रीय स्तर के इस क्वालिटी एसयुरेन्स अवार्ड को हासिल किया है।
सिविल सर्जन सह मुख्य अस्पताल अधीक्षक डॉ अभय सिंह परिहार ने बताया कि भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की टीम द्वारा सघन निरीक्षण एवं अवलोकन के बाद क्वालिटी एसयुरेन्स अवार्ड एवं सर्टिफ़िकेट दिया गया है। टीम ने फरवरी महीने में तीन दिनों तक अस्पताल के काम-काज, सेवाओं और सुविधाओं का गहराई से परीक्षण किया। टीम द्वारा 18 विभागों में से 13 विभागों की गुणवत्ता मापदण्डो को परखा। खासकर प्रसूति एवं आपरेशन कक्ष का प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने मरीज़ों से बातचीत कर अस्पताल के प्रति उनकी धारणाओं को भी नोटिस में लिया। उन्होंने प्रसूति एवं आपरेशन के साथ ही ओपीडी, आईपीडी, पीपी यूनिट, पैथोलॉजी, ब्लड बैंक, प्रशासनिक विभाग आदि शामिल हैं।
सिविल सर्जन डॉ परिहार ने बताया कि एनक्यूएएस अत्यंत कठिन प्रक्रिया है। इसमें प्रत्येक चरण में 70 प्रतिशत एवं 3 नये अधिक अंक लाना होता है। जिला अस्पताल ने 96 प्रतिशत अंक हासिल किया है, जो कि अत्यंत गौरवपूर्ण है। यह प्रमाण पत्र तीन सालों तक के लिए मान्य रहेगा। जिला अस्पताल को अवार्ड स्तर तक पहुँचाने में जिला अस्पताल के डॉक्टर, नर्स और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों ने समर्पण के साथ काम किये हैं। प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार पाने में जिला कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल का सहयोग एवं मार्गदर्शन महत्वपूर्ण रहा है। उन्होंने स्वयं रुचि लेकर जिला अस्पताल की जरूरतों और सुविधाओं को अविलम्ब मुहैया कराया । राष्ट्रीय स्तर का गौरवपूर्ण अवार्ड मिलने पर जिला अस्पताल सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के डॉक्टरों सहित अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों में हर्ष व्याप्त है।
