बिलासपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ के स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी विश्विद्यालय, भिलाई ने प्रदेश के सभी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों और उनमें कार्यरत प्राध्यापकों को कहा है कि अभी प्रदेश में कोरोना की वजह से लॉकडाउन की स्थिति है। ऐसे में छात्रों और अध्यापकों से अपील की गई है की इस समय का उपयोग सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स करने के लिए उपयुक्त हो सकता है। क्योकि लॉकडाउन में आप घर पर ही है, इसलिए इस समय का सदुपयोग करे। अब इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में पढ़ाने वाले प्राध्यापकों को भी बीएड की तर्ज पर अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद का सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स पास करना होगा।विश्विद्यालय ने कहा कि आगामी कुछ महीनों में इसके बिना न तो उन्हें प्रमोशन मिलेगा और न ही नए प्राध्यापक नियुक्त हो पाएंगे।इसलिए खुद की बेहतरी के लिए इस वक्त का सही उपयोग करे।अभी प्रदेश के सभी इंजीनियरिंग महाविद्यालय में धारा-19 के तहत नियुक्ति की जाती है।भविष्य में इसमें वही लोग शामिल हो पाएंगे जिनके पास ए आई सी टी ई से जारी पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र होगा। कुछ महीनों में यह व्यवस्था लागू कर दी जाएगी। ऐसे में जिन्होंने लॉकडाउन के समय का सदुपयोग किया है उनको फायदा मिलेगा।
विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ एम के वर्मा ने बताया कि यह पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होगी।इसका पोर्टल बना दिया गया है । एन आई टी टी टी आर इसमें मदद करेगा।इस प्लेटफॉर्म का नाम” नेशनल इनिशिएटिव फ़ॉर टेक्निकल टीचर्स ट्रेनिंग”( NITTT) रखा गया है।अब केवल बी ई या एम टेक करने के बाद युवाओ को प्राध्यापक के तौर पर कक्षा में चॉक-डस्टर नही थमाया जा सकेगा। पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र जरूरी होगा। लॉकडाउन के चलते इस सेमेस्टर में छात्रों की क्लासेस नहीं हो पाई है इसको देखते हुए कुलपति महोदय ने सभी संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्य से ऑनलाइन माध्यम से कोर्स कंप्लीट कराने के लिए टाइम टेबल तैयार कर विश्वविद्यालय को प्रेषित करने के लिए कहा है, जिससे छात्र घर बैठे ही अपना संपूर्ण कोर्स आसानी से पूर्ण कर ले और परीक्षा अच्छे अंकों से उत्तीर्ण करें। माननीय कुलपति महोदय ने सभी छात्रों से भी अपील की है जो उन्हें यह समय मिला हुआ है इसमें वे एआईसीटी के माध्यम से लांच किए गए विभिन्न ऑनलाइन कोर्स जैसे NEAT, SWAYAM, virtual lab, National digital library में रजिस्टर हो सकते हैं और अपने इस समय का सदुपयोग अपने भविष्य निर्माण के लिए कर सकते हैं। सभी से अनुरोध किया गया कि घर में रहें सुरक्षित रहें अफवाहों से बचें।
