रायपुर. प्याज से भी ज्यादा महंगा अभी लहसुन है. रिटेल मार्केट में लहसुन 250 से 300 रुपये किलो बिक रहा है. इससे आम जनता का बजट बिगड़ गया है. लेकिन कीमतों में उछाल आने से किसानों को काफी फायदा हो रहा है.आम लोगों का कहना है कि कीमत अधिक होने की वजह से वे इस साल सर्दी के मौसम में भी लहसुन नहीं खरीद पा रहे हैं. लोगों का कहना है कि 250 ग्राम लहसुन के लिए उन्हें 60 से 70 रुपये खर्च करने पड़ रहे हैं. अब लोगों की उम्मीद है कि लहसुन की नई फसल आने के बाद कीमतों में गिरावट आ सकती है.
अभी थोक मार्केट में ही लहसुन 180 से 220 रुपये किलो है. जबकि, पिछले साल इसी समान अवधि में एक किलो लहसुन का रेट 60 से 100 रुपये था. वहीं, किसानों का कहना है कि आने वाले दिनों में लहसुन की कीमत में और बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है. क्योंकि किसानों ने इस बार बहुत ही कम रकबे में लहसुन की बुवाई की है. जबकि, सर्दी बढ़ने के साथ ही इसकी मांग में भी बढ़ोतरी हो जाएगी. ऐसे में कीमतें अपने- आप बढ़ेंगी.
लहसुन के फ़ुटकर विक्रेताओं ने बताया कि पिछले साल 50 किलो की कट्टी 50 रुपये में नीलाम हुआ था, जबकि इस साल कम माल होने के कारण अच्छा लहसुन 240 रुपये प्रति किलो था. बिक रहा है. उन्होंने बताया कि ठंड में लहसुन की मांग अधिक हो गई है.
