बिल्हा । जनपद पंचायत बिल्हा के द्वारां संचालित नगपुरा मेला स्थल ग्राम पंचायत कडरी के स्व-सहायता समूह के महिलाओं के प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र को आसपास के सरपंचो और सचिव और ग्रामवासीयो के सहयोग से निराश्रित, व जरूरत मद लोगों के लिए निःशुल्क भोजन और 30 बेड आवास की व्यवस्था किया गया है।
उक्त परिसर में बाहर से लौटने वाले कामकाजी मजदूर आम लोगों की ठहरने रहने विश्राम एवं भोजन की संपूर्ण व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है । ज्ञात हो कि अंचल में दूरस्थ अन्य जिले एवं अन्य प्रांत के अनेक कामगार लोग सपरिवार अपने गंतव्य की ओर जाने पैदल ही निकल पड़े हैं । जिन को ध्यान में रखते हुए उक्त व्यवस्था की गई है उक्त सुव्यवस्थित व्यवस्था सीईओ बी आर वर्मा बिल्हा के मार्गदर्शन ओर प्रयास से किया गया है।
