निर्भया के दोषियों को फाँसी 20 मार्च को

नई दिल्ली — निर्भया बलात्कार और हत्या मामले में तीन बार डेथ वारंट निरस्त होने पर तिहाड़ जेल प्रशासन द्वारा फांँसी की नई तारीख के लिये पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में अर्जी पर आज फैसला सुनाते हुये दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस अदालत ने सभी के खिलाफ नया डेथ वारंट जारी किया है। इस नये डेथ वारंट के अनुसार निर्भया के गुनाहगारों को 20 मार्च को सुबह 05:30 बजे फांँसी दी जायेगी। दोषियों के पास सारे कानूनी विकल्प खत्म हो चुके हैं।
उल्लेखनीय हैं कि इसके पूर्व भी कई बार कोर्ट ने निर्भया के दोषियों का डेथ वॉरंट जारिओ किया था मगर हर बार उसे रद्द करना पड़ा था। इस मामले के चारों दोषियों की अपील, पुनर्विचार याचिका, कयूरेटिव पेटिशन और दया याचिका का निपटारा हो चुका है। यानि चारों दोषियों के सभी क़ानूनी अधिकार का इस्तेमाल हो चुका है और उनके पास अब कोई विकल्प नहीं बचा है। इसलिये इस बार इनको फांसी होना तय बताया जा रहा हैं।
