निर्भया के दोषियों की फाँसी तीसरी बार भी टली

नई दिल्ली — निर्भया मामले में फाँसी टालने हेतु दोषियों का नया पैतरा आज भी सफल हो गया। पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने निर्भया गैंगरेप मर्डर के सभी दोषियों की कल होने वाली फांसी की सजा पर आगामी आदेश तक के लिये तीसरी बार भी रोक लगा दी है।
गौरतलब है कि निर्भया मामले में सभी चार दोषियों मुकेश सिंह, विनय शर्मा, अक्षय कुमार सिंह और पवन गुप्ता को कल सुबह 06:00 बजे फांसी होनेवाली थी।|चार दोषियों में से एक पवन गुप्ता ने आज राष्ट्रपति के सामने दया याचिका दाखिल की है और इसी के मद्देनजर फांँसी पर रोक लगा दी है। हालांकि इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरोपी पवन की क्यूरेटिव पिटीशन को खारिज करते हुये बड़ा झटका दिया था। जिसके बाद माना जा रहा था कि सभी आरोपियों को कल 03 मार्च को फांँसी दे दी जायेगी। लेकिन इसी तरह दोषियों के वकील एपी सिंह ने पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पवन की दया याचिका का हवाला देते हुये कहा कि, अब तक उनकी याचिका राष्ट्रपति के पास लंबित है ऐसे में डेथ वारंट पर रोक लगनी चाहिये।
