बिलासपुर।गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के दीक्षांत समारोह में बिलासपुर पधारे, महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद जी आज सुबह ही यहां के छत्तीसगढ़ भवन में पहुंच चुके हैं। यहां वे आज दिन भर रुकेंगे। इस दौरान महामहिम राष्ट्रपति, हाईकोर्ट के सम्माननीय न्यायाधीशों समेत,जिन शख्सियतों के साथ भेंट मुलाकात और बातचीत करने वाले हैं। उसमें बिलासपुर के पूर्व सांसद एवं भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता श्री गोविंद राम जी मिरी भी शामिल हैं। श्री गोविंद राम जी मिरी को महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी ने परिवार सहित आज रविवार की शाम को 7:30 बजे छत्तीसगढ़ भवन पधारने का न्योता दिया हुआ है। वे संभवतः श्री गोविंद राम जी मिरी और उनके परिवारजनों से भेंट कर अपनी पुरानी यादें ताजा करना चाहते होंगे। भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद श्री गोविंद राम मिरी, एक बार लोकसभा और एक बार राज्यसभा के सांसद रह चुके हैं। जिस कार्यकाल में वे राज्यसभा के सांसद थे। उसी कार्यकाल में आज के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद जी भी,उनके साथ ही राज्यसभा के सांसद थे। इतना ही नहीं वरन शाकाहारी और समान विचारवाले होने के कारण दोनों में खूब जमती भी थी। वहीं श्री कोविद जब भाजपा की अनुसूचित जाति इकाई के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष थे। तब गोविंद राम जी मिरी भी उनके साथ ही कोषाध्यक्ष के पद पर कार्य कर रहे थे। इन्हीं सब पुराने संबंधों के कारण श्री मेरी जी को महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी ने आज शाम 7:30 बजे सपरिवार उनसे मिलने,छत्तीसगढ़ भवन आने का आग्रह किया है। यह अफसोस, विडंबना और दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि जिन गोविंद राम जी मिरी को महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी, अपने साथ बातचीत और भेंट का निमंत्रण दे रहे हैं। उन्हीं मिरी जी को, गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति इस लायक भी नहीं समझतीं कि उन्हें, कल, सोमवार को विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित दीक्षांत समारोह का निमंत्रण प्रदान करतीं। हमारे अनुमान से विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति श्रीमती अंजिला गुप्ता बिलासपुर के लोगों और यहां के जनप्रतिनिधियों तथा प्रतिष्ठित, गणमान्य व सम्मानित नागरिकों के साथ किस तरह अपमानजनक ढंग से पेश आती हैं? श्री मिरी को दीक्षांत समारोह का निमंत्रण नहीं देना इसका ही एक उदाहरण है। श्रीमती गुप्ता पर उनकी पदस्थापना के समय से ही बिलासपुर और यहां के लोगों की उपेक्षा का निरंतर आरोप लगता रहा है। अपनी तुनक मिजाजी और मनमानी प्रवृत्ति के कारण उन्होंने कभी भी खुद पर लग रहे इन आरोपों और इनके पीछे मौजूद सच्चाई की कभी परवाह नहीं की। सोमवार को विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में आयोजित दीक्षांत समारोह में न केवल पूर्व सांसद श्री गोविंद राम जी मिरी वरन बिलासपुर के अनेकों सम्मानित जनों को इसी तरह निमंत्रित ना (अपमानित) कर श्रीमती गुप्ता संभवतः अपना वजन बता रही हों। पर, उनके इस पूजनीय….? कृत्य से बिलासपुर और यहां के श्री गोविंदराम मेरी सरीखे अनेकों वृद्ध जनों का कितना अनादर हो रहा है, इसकी शायद उन्हें परवाह नहीं है। बहरहाल,अब से कुछ घंटों बाद ही,आज शाम को 7:30 बजे, देश के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद जी के निमंत्रण पर परिवार सहित उनसे मिलने छत्तीसगढ़ भवन जाने वाले श्री गोविंद राम जी मिरी से हमारी मोबाइल पर बातचीत हुई। इस बातचीत में उन्होंने कहा कि वे महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविद जी का बहुत सम्मान करते हैं।और, आज शाम को परिवार सहित उनसे मिलने छत्तीसगढ़ भवन जरूर जाएंगे।लेकिन वहीं उन्होंने यह भी कहा बताया कि, उन्हें क्योंकि कुलपति जी की ओर से सोमवार को आयोजित दीक्षांत समारोह का कोई निमंत्रण प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है..! इसलिए वे कल गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय में महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद के मुख्य आतिथ्य में आयोजित दीक्षांत समारोह में नहीं जाएंगे।
