रायपुर.सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का वर्ष’ कार्यक्रम के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल विश्वभूषण हरिचंदन का सम्बोधन में कहा आपके बीच उपस्थित होकर मुझे बहुत खुशी हो रही है। आज की बैठक का विषय ‘सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का वर्ष’ आज की दुनिया में बहुत उपयुक्त है। मैं कहना चाहूंगा कि सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का मतलब ऐसे परिवर्तन से है जिसका लाभ व्यक्ति, परिवार, समाज और राष्ट्र को हो। जब कोई समाज सकारात्मक बदलाव को अपनाता है तब वह और अधिक मजबूत हो जाता है। हम सभी जानते हैं कि परिवर्तन प्रकृति का नियम है। जो रूढ़िवादी और परंपरावादी समाज अपनी मान्यताओं और परंपराओं को बदलना नहीं चाहता वह मुख्यधारा से कट जाता है। समय और आवश्यकता के अनुसार समाज में परिवर्तन आवश्यक हो जाता है। जब तूफ़ान चलता है तो वही पेड़ सुरक्षित रहता है जो झुकना जानता है। इसलिए हमें परिस्थितियों के अनुसार ढलना चाहिए। वर्तमान समय में हम सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक परिवर्तन के दौर से गुजर रहे हैं। सरकार भी समाज की भलाई के लिए काम कर रही है। देश को हर क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए ‘वोकल फॉर लोकल’ का नारा उठाया गया है। मकसद है कि देश में हर चीज तैयार हो। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी भी ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ की वकालत करते हैं। मैंने देखा है कि प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय में दूसरों को बदलने के बजाय स्वयं परिवर्तन पर जोर दिया जाता है जो सराहनीय है। मुझे लगता है कि आपकी संस्था आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान और राजयोग के माध्यम से सामाजिक परिवर्तन के कार्य में सकारात्मक भूमिका निभा सकती है। यह संस्था नशा मुक्ति कार्यक्रम के क्षेत्र में भी उल्लेखनीय कार्य कर रही है। संस्था बस्तर जैसे सुदूर इलाकों में आदिवासियों को दिव्य ज्ञान और राजयोग की शिक्षा देकर व्यसनमुक्त बनाने का सराहनीय कार्य कर रही है। मैंने देखा है कि अध्यात्म, योग आदि की शिक्षा देकर अच्छे संस्कार पैदा किये जा सकते हैं। सकारात्मक सोच अपनाकर हम दुनिया की किसी भी चुनौती का सामना कर सकते हैं। मेरी कामना है कि सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का यह वर्ष आप सभी के जीवन में सुखद बदलावों का साक्षी बने और समाज खुशहाल रहे तथा हमारा देश हर तरह से समृद्ध हो।
