बिलासपुर । बिलासपुर चकरभाठा की बीच आज बड़ी ट्रेन हादसा होते-होते रह गई इस पर अफसर बोले- सब सिग्नल के नियमों के अनुसार पीछे से मालगाड़ी देखकर दहशत में आ गए यात्री।
ओडिशा के बालासोर की तरह बुधवार शाम छत्तीसगढ़ के बिलासपुर-रायपुर के बीच दाधादापारा चकरभाठा के बीच एक ही ट्रैक पर मालगाड़ी और एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन आ गई। जिसके बाद यात्री दहशत में आ गए। वहीं, इस नजारे को देखने के लिए वहां लोगों की भीड़ जुट गई। हालांकि ट्रेन में टक्कर नहीं हुई और कोई हादसा नहीं हुआ। इसमें रेलवे की बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है। हालांकि अफसर इसे नियमानुसार बता रहे हैं।
बताया जा रहा है कि बुधवार शाम करीब 4 बजे बिलासपुर से एक यात्री ट्रेन रायपुर के लिए रवाना हुई थी। ट्रेन दाधापारा स्टेशन से निकलकर चकरभाठा स्टेशन से ओवरब्रिज के पास आकर खड़ी हो गई। इसी दौरान उसके पीछे मालगाड़ी आते दिखी, जिसे देखकर यात्रियों में अफरातफरी मच गई और सभी ट्रेन से उतर गए। जून में इसी तरह बालासोर में एक ही ट्रैक पर सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस और मालगाड़ी के साथ ही तीन गाड़ियों की टक्कर होने से 288 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 900 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हो गए थे।
बिलासपुर से रायपुर जा रही थी ट्रेन, तभी पीछे से आ गई मालगाड़ी।लोगों की जुटी भीड़, ट्रेन का बनाते रहे वीडियो एक ट्रैक पर दो ट्रेनों के खड़ी होने और यात्रियों के बाहर निकलने के बाद वहां आसपास के लोगों की भीड़ जुट गई। वहीं, ओवरब्रिज के ऊपर भी लोगों की भीड़ पहुंच गई। इस दौरान लोगों ने एक ही ट्रैक पर दो ट्रेनों के आकर खड़ी होने का वीडियो बनाया और उसे सोशल मीडिया में वायरल कर दिया और इसे रेलवे की लापरवाही बताते रहे। कहा जा रहा है कि ट्रेन के लोको पायलट ने समय रहते मालगाड़ी को रोक लिया। नहीं तो बड़ा हादसा हो सकता था।
शिकायत करते रहे लोग- रेलवे ने बताया ऑटो सिग्नलिंग इस दौरान मौजूद लोगों ने इस घटना की सूचना रेलवे को दी। तब उन्हें बताया गया कि कोई दुर्घटना जैसी स्थिति नहीं है। ऑटो सिग्लनिंग सिस्टम के बाद से एक ट्रैक पर दो गाड़ियां चलती है और ऑटो सिग्नल मिलते ही ट्रेन रुक जाती है। यहां भी ऐसा ही हुआ है।
रेलवे के अफसरों ने कहा-सब नियमों के अनुसार
रेलवे के सीपीआरओ साकेत रंजन से संपर्क करने का प्रयास किया गया। लेकिन, उनसे संपर्क नहीं हो सका। रेलवे के दूसरे अफसरों के मुताबिक बिलासपुर मंडल के कई सेक्शन में ऑटोमेटिक सिग्नलिंग ब्लॉक सेक्शन है। रेलवे सामान्य नियम के अनुसार जहां भी सेक्शन बनाता है, वहां एक ही लाइन पर एक से अधिक गाड़ियों का सुरक्षित परिचालन एक समय में सिग्नल के आधार पर किया जाता है, इसलिए यह परिचालन भी नियमानुसार किया गया है। इसमें हादसे जैसी कोई बात नहीं है।
