सूरजपुर. इन दिनों आंखों का संक्रमण कंजेक्टिवाइटिस बहुत तेजी से फैल रहा है इससे खुद को बचाने के लिए और लोगों को संक्रमित होने से बचाने के लिए सावधानी और सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी,डॉ.आर.एस.सिंह जी के निर्देशन व नोडल अधिकारी डॉक्टर तेरस कंवर के मार्गदशन में नेत्र सहायक अधिकारी अमित चौरसिया व मारुति नंदन चक्रधारी जी के द्वारा ज़िले में स्थित स्वामी आत्मानंद उत्कृष्ठ अंग्रेजी माध्यम नवापारा सूरजपुर व आर.एच.एस मॉर्डन स्कूल लांची में विशेष शिविर आयोजित कर सभी बच्चो का आई चेकअप किया गया। अभी काफी मात्रा में कंजेक्टिवाइटिस के मरीज इलाज कराने आ चुके हैं। स्कूल में बच्चों को जानकारी देते हुए, उन्होंने बताया कि एक व्यक्ति कई लोगों को संक्रमित कर सकता है। इस वजह से संक्रमित होने वाले बच्चे, बड़े सभी को भीड़ भाड़ वाले इलाके में जाने से बचाना चाहिए। लक्षण दिखाई पड़ते ही तुरंत चिकित्सक से परामर्श लेना चाहिए। अपने आप को आइसोलेट करें। बच्चे जब तक पूरी तरह से ठीक न हो जाएं तब तक स्कूल न जाएं। संक्रमित बच्चे और बड़े सभी काला चश्मा का प्रयोग करें। इसके लक्षण और कारण – कंजेक्टिवाइटिस आंखों का एक संक्रमण है, जिसे आमतौर पर इसे पिंक आई के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। यह वायरस जनित संक्रामक रोग है। प्रमुख रूप से आंखों का लाल होना, जलन खुजली और आंखों से लगातार आंसू निकलना, पीला स्त्राव बहना, पलके आपस में चिपक जाना, पलक में सूजन होना आदि इसके प्रमुख लक्षण है।
